| schadenfreudei'm a foppish geek, so obviously i have one of those daily emails from merriam-webster of your "word of the day". and today's word... schadenfreude = song from avenue q = i'm obsessed and yet too lazy/overworked to fetch for lottery ticket = regretting not seeing it when the original cast was still there = why does everyone go to las vegas to perform = john tartaglia... donde estas?

| Se Souvenir des Belles Chosesdespite the horrific chinese subtitles (with french audio? not a good combination), it's a very, very good movie--a mix between amelie and eternal sunshine: touching, heart-warming, and humorous occasionally. but alas, the ending was bittersweet, and oh so sad. =') (i wish i could be more eloquent after the movie, but i think it got the best of me--read the synopsis of the film, you'll understand why)
