i'm a college graduate. yeah, scary. now i have a TON more time on my hands, so i'm going to come back to XANGA and start writing. i know, i was crazy against this whole web diary concept, but here i am, being a hypocrite and falling into posting my random thoughts and happenings for all to view.
now that i'm done with my undergraduate career, i've moved on a bit and started doing things that i've wanted and needed to do. what am i doing now? let's see...
1). Polishing my Mandarin writing/reading/speaking skills at De Anza.
2). Learning how to play golf so that one day, I might play with Bill Gates or the next President.
3). Traveling. I started my post-college voyages toVancouver, Vegas, next is Phillidelphia, then Bahamas, New York, then Asia.
4). Reading. I love books. Anything from Jane Austen novels to Dan Brown suspense thrillers to Jack Welch's autobiography - I'll read it.
5). Chillin' in the Bay Area. Gotta love good 'ol CPT and Cali. Whether it be going to Berkeley, down South, or to Fantasia, there's always something or nothing to be done. Bummin' is my number one skill.
6). Eating. I can finally catch up on all the quality Dim Sum I've been missing out on. I'm a big fan of trying all different kinds of foods. If you're in the area, and would like to eat out with me every so often, give me a holler. I want to try a bunch in the area whether it be Vietnamese, Indian, French, Italian, Japanese or whatever.
7). SC and WC. Yeah, so I used to play computer games. Protoss reaver drops were my favorite. Freshman year, SC screwed up my GPA because I played until the wee hours of the morning during finals week. But I'll return to it, without fear, because the worst thing that could happen is missing my Golf class the next morning. Ooooh, now that would be BAD, wouldn't it.
8). Shopping. For those who have gone on trips with me, or just know me in general, you know how much of a girl I become when you mention the word "mall." Now, I have a good amount of time and very good access to some of the best shopping there is in this country.
9). Family time. Awww...yes, Michelle can be a good daughter and sister too. My parents can now smother me with love and my sister can be jealous for not getting all the attention she's gotten for the past 3.5 years.
That's it for now. I'm sure I'm missing a ton of things, but you get the idea. =)
P.S. I'll be missing ALL of my CORNELL buds!!!
