Okay, so we're back from IBC's DiscipleNow- Jump 2007! yaay! frankly, it was better than I thought it would be, even though matt is from dallas, TX. HAHAH.
He's a pretty good speaker and the main focus for the weekend was evangelism and discipleship.
This time we were at the Rothenbergers, HUGE house at greenwood cresent(: The group was pretty big, and we did pretty random things like eat tissue papers, play with colored balls, the spirit stick(LOL!), markers and the hot tub, lol.
New people in the group; andrea, danielle, kaitlyn, myra, lavinia, amy and heidi. &samnessdah. LOL.
Saturday was spent rockclimbing at the american school and dodgeball in the carpark at ibc, Jenga& Taboo(Afrodisiac, LOL). It was fun, rock climbing, the guy belaying us was the size of Bedah, LOLOLOL!

 I was sms-ing ed& thinking about turtle.
By request of Fishie, I'll tell you what I've collected from the net, from doctors, friends and my own experience. As you can see, I'm in no position to tell you how to loose weight, seeing that I've got too much for my own good, heh. Yea, so here it is.
First of, PRAY. (: really, I swear upon it, it works. Based on personal experience, I've tried going on diets and all that nonsense, but it never works. The only thing I'm doing this time, is praying. Prayers work wonder. No. GOD works wonders.
Second, get at least ONE cellulite gel/weightloss cream. consistancy always works out.
Third, dont EVER finish your rice/noodles/bread. low carb is better than no carb. REALLY. You have to have SOME at least, each meal.
Forth, girls, get a belt/really tight underwear that'll hold your tummy in, HAHA. Sorry for being so um. crude? but yea, it'll help. cus when you're full, DONT loosen your belt, keep it in, your tummy muscles will be put to work. Its gonna ache and all that but what the heck. It burns, and its far less torturous than going to the gym, right?
Fifth, try sticking to 2-4 meals a day, keep yourself occupied with cyber space or movies or whatever, just DONT snack. Its gonna make you FAT. UNDERSTAND?! hehe.
Sixth, go shopping. The bigger the mall, the better. WALK and walk. And dont ever go with your boyfriend or a guyfriend, cus he's gonna complain when you spend too much time in a certain shop, and you wont have fun, you wont be happy.
Seven, keep yourself happy. And let me tell you, chocolate is not the only thing that gives you endorphines. seriously. Keep off chocolate. what you dont see wont hurt you, remember that. (:
eight, drink ALOT of water, if you dont have the habit of bringing around a water bottle with you, then you really should. cus bringing water with you reduces the chance that you waste money and calories on sweetened nonsense drinks. nine, and in the scenario that you refuse/forget to bring water, buy only oolong tea. Really, tasteless as it is, it is good for health. Drink lots and lots of chinese tea and rice tea. heck, even lipton tea, not sweetened of course. (: and ten, go with a girlfriend, pick up a sport, doing something you love. why girlfriend? cus then you can laugh and joke around, and you wouldnt be pressurized to put up a good show for some guy. Like, you could do badminton, tennis, squash, cycling, walking and even a swim. And if you have access to a sauna, that's fun too. Just remember, never over exert yourself, and never go more than one hour unless you're training for something cus its just over exerting your body, not good. I highly recommend tennis and badminton, unless you really have a problem swinging your arms. tennis is the best, cus you HAVE to run around alot(: and finally, loose weight not to look good, but to feel good. cus if you just wanna loose weight to look good, then i'm sorry, its not gonna work, cus you're gonna give up halfway after crash dieting and overexercising yourself. But, to treat yourself for every 2,3kg you loose, you should like, get a manicure, or buy a new shirt, keeping in mind that you've gone down at least one size(: or get a haircut, a facial, whatever you like!(: Oh god, now where did all that come from, ey? haha. random thought, there are 2 funerals going on under my block and bedah's block. My class was uber kinky today, talking about pubic hair smelling like corn, HAHAHA. (again) Tosh finally said hi, hehe. JILL! HE SAID HI!. hahahaha. veron came down to school today, missed her. (: she's fun, lol. so fishie, sam, shidah, deyuan and I went to hang with her(: FUN-ness. talking about random stuff like x-men, fat children, church denominations and bitchy indian lecturers, HAHA. <3
