I've met many wonderful people through my internship with Disney both guests, co-workers, and fellow internship students. Unfortunately not everyone can be irresponsible and trying to cause shennigians at work.

Guest incident #1:
The attraction broke down due to technical difficulties so we had people come out of the building. A lady approaches me at the front booth and asks what the problem is. "We're closed due to fog on the runway, we'll be back up in the air as soon as we can", I say as nice as I could. She then goes on a 10 minute rant which involved me trying to spite her family and that "we we're all out to get her". Apparently a lot of rides we're breaking down that day due to heavy guess demand. She wanted to talk to my lead and ask for a pass to cut the line basically which only my lead could give her. He comes out and gives her the thing, then she walks away loudly proclaiming "I'm never coming back to Disneyland again!" Well lady, sorry to break your heart, no one cares.

Guest incident #2:
We have a strict height limit of 40 inches at one of the attractions I work at. I was at my gate loading guests when I see a child clearly too small for the flight. So I pull the family over and tell them that their daughter was too short to ride after measuring her. She was wayyy too small. The man goes on to explain that the other two people they passed didn't catch it. I go on to explain "But I did, she cannot ride. It compromises her safety as well as my job." He then starts mumbling things in spanish to his family and continued to have a foul disposition. I offered a second ride through for the person holding the baby but he just cussed at me. He goes on cursing me through the procession of the guests into the theatre and goes on cursing me once he gets off. Needless to say my coworker came in and dealt with the situation and called security.

I have many more stories that can wait. But for now this will do.
