| Update!So I am updating! I know it's shocking. Big changes going on in my life though.
I have decided to switch majors. I am going back to the one thing
I excel at, love, and know.....music. I don't know how or where,
all I know is that I was set to graduate in May of 2007 and now who
knows! However, I think it will be a much better ride in
life.
Lonliness is a horrible thing to feel. It has been a hard
transition coming to D.C. However, I think I am starting to try
to make the most of it, and it's getting better. I really miss my
friends at Cedarville. I miss the fun dance parties that Molly,
Kelsey, and I had. I miss playing music with Justin, Mike, Colby,
and Jacob. Everything and everyone has changed so much though,
and I realized that those days are gone. I know I'll never find
another Cedarville, however, I might just find something better.
In the mean time, I am having a great time just spending time with the
love of my life and trying to make ends meet--even though the last part
can be stressful at times.
Tomorrow, I am going to pick up my violin, which I have only played
three times since August, and try to make something pretty come out of
it  . Perhaps I will comment on here as to how that goes.

| Well, I feel like I have time to actually write on this thing.
I've been addicted to facebook as of late. Anyways....Not much is
new other than that I am gearing up for finals and I am SO ready to be
done. I've been working alot and have not had much time for
anything else. I have met a couple of people but don't have many
friends just yet. Guess that is just part of adjusting.
Christmas break should be nice, though I have done absolutely NO
shopping for it. Oh well, that is what this weekend is for.
I guess not much has really changed from the last time I posted. Perhaps I will post sooner than the last time.

| Ok....so it's been months since I updated!!! I know! oh well...this
summer has kept me busy and has brought a lot of changes.....
Last time I wrote, I was getting ready to go to the USNA '06 Ring Dance with Josh. It was awesome!!!!!!! So much fun!
Since then, I traveled alot this summer and mostly worked....two jobs
at one point then just one. I planned to attend Villa Julie
College in Baltimore. Well, as some of you know, I applied to The
George Washington University in D.C. just to see if I could get
in--knowing full well that I couldn't afford Cedarville, and I
definitely would not be able to afford a college that cost $46,000 a
year!
Well, about 4 weeks ago, I received my "Offer of Admission" to the
George Washington Univ. Needless to say, I was VERY
excited. So, I told my wonderful boyfriend Josh about it and his
awesome prof. is on the parent's board for GW and knows the Director of
Fin. Aid. Dr. Horner gave me some advice and some numbers and I
made some calls.....the next week they gave my fin aid award
total......$30,000!!!!! All of it is grant money that I don't
have to pay back accept for my $3500 stafford loan! It is just
enough money to go full time (12 hrs.) and pay my rent at Momma P's for
this semester and for a month next semester. So I will be
attending GW in just a little over a week. I also managed to get
all my classes on M/W so that I can work on T/Th/F/Sat. at the Black
and White clothing store in downtown annapolis. It has been crazy
but AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'll really try to keep everyone posted! P.S.......come and visit me in D.C.!!!!!

| So today was good....bittersweet....I took Josh to the airport :( but at least i will see him on Friday!!! and I can't wait!
And then on Saturday.....Ring dance! I have a hott dress too Perhaps I will post a pic after the dance. I can't wait to see Mols cause I miss her!
