| Well, it's been a while since I've updated but I've been sick and busy at work. Nothing much has happened lately so I know this post is pretty boring. I can't wait til this weekend. I finally get to go see my lil sis at HPU! It doesn't seem like I've seen her in like FOREVER!! Classes are going ok for me. I have my first test in Child Development tonight and I'm really worried about some of it. I know the majority of it and I studied har last night but I'm really nervous about some of it still so I'm hoping I'll do ok. That's about all I know for now. I gotta get ready to go to work  | | |
| OK OK OK Ricky!! I'll update. You guys are really gonna have to help me start remembering to update more often. I love looking at other's zanga sites but never seem to update my own. Anyways, not much has been going on lately. I was sick over my three day weekend I am feeling much better now though, thanks to medicine.
You know, this whole Hurricane Katrina thing is just really depressing. It's really weird to have something this devastating happen so close to you. Let's keep all of these people in our prayers because they need it more than ever now.
WOW!! I feel older every day. I just found out last night that one of my little sisters best friends is engaged!! That makes me feel really old. It seems like they shouldn't even be out of high school yet much less getting married. If I feel like this with one of her friends getting married, they're gonna have to put me in Terrell when that day comes for her...
Well, like I said, not much has been going on lately. School and work are both going ok. One of my classes has so much notetaking in it that I went and bought a laptop. Thank goodness for technology..I can now keep up with her fast talking and tons of notes. This post is kind of long so I better get back to work. Leave me some comments you guys!!! | | |
| Ok ok ok so Ricky says I need to post more often. I know but I'm extremely busy at work and I am constantly reading and commenting on other peoples' sites but I never find the time to updat mine. Well guys, my lil sis is off at school. I still say she's not old enough to be out on her own. Oh well, I guess I'm just getting older...lol. I hope everyone's having a great time now that school's started. I have been to one of my classes and it seems like a really fun class. I have my other class tonight and I'm interested to see how it goes. I'm not big on Psychology and it's a Child Development class so I'm not sure how much I'll like it. Maybe it'll be a pretty easy teacher and I can survive. Well, I gotta get some work done. | | |
| Ok so I've not updated in a really LONG LONG time. I've been really busy so you'll have to excuse me. Well, my lil sis is leaving for the big college world tomorrow. I want to wish her and her best friend Kathryn the best of luck in college and I hope the two of you have the time of your lives. I hope to come visit soon so I'll let you know. I am so tired today. Went to Shreveport to the boats this weekend and ended up winning about $1800 which was good seeing as how we'd never been there before. We're already ready to go back...lol. | | |
| Ok, so I'm not so good at remembering to update this thing very often...lol. I'm so busy at work right now, it's hard to even remember to eat lunch which is usually no prob at all for me...lol. Well, lets see what all's happened since my last post. The new trucks doing great. Gary treats it like it's a kid. I'm not so used to having to spend so much on gas but it's a really nice truck so I don't mind.
If any of you have read Haileys post, you've seen that our grandpa is in the hospital. I talked to my grandma yesterday and she said he's got pnuemonia (or however you spell it.) She says he gonna be fine so I hope so. We lost our other grandpa last March so that's enough for the time being. It's still hard to think about him and not cry.
The other secretary is almost through her last week here at our office. Her last day is Friday and then I'm all by myself. WOO HOO!! She's moving back to Brownsville to be with her family. We're supposed to throw a party for her on Friday because she's been here 4 years and my boss thinks it's only right that she order in Jasons Deli or something for her.
