What's up with some of these foreign people?

There's this one British lady in my office and she talks all loud and has a strong accent.  She also wears crazy colors to work.  Or weird outfits.  Like one time I saw her wearing a beige jumpsuit to a meeting.  It was like beige sweatpants and zip up hoodie, but she had dress shoes on.  What is that all about?

And today, she's wearing a pale green blazer with purple pants

Just cause they're foreign they can wear crazy stuff like that and nobody will discipline them?

I can't even bring myself to do that even though I want to wear crazy things to work just to exploit my "foreign" ignorance.

Or.. maybe she's just a crazy person.
