| Life updateI thought a short life update to be appropriate today.
Much has happened over the last few months in the life of the Bransom Family.
World Premiere of Train Master, 4 Film Festivals, Ava's 1 year birthday party, 2 year anniversary of Douglas' new life in heaven, 4 other family birthdays, sold out Portland Premiere of Train Master. The list could go on.
I am reminded daily of the fragility of life on earth. We so often go through the day assuming many things. While pursuing life each day, we need to keep a focus on the eternal and God's plan for our life. I can not count one thing on earth that is eternal, only our spirit...
We ask for your continued prayers and support. The loss of Douglas is a hole in our lives that can be temporarily filled with activities and memories, but never will we want it permanently filled. It is our new normal. It doesn't mean that life can't or won't be good, it is a journey we hadn't planned on. God has walked with us in tangible ways.
The completion of Train Master has been a part of this journey for me and our family. The tribute at the end will allow Douglas to be remembered by many for years to come.
What a beautiful day today.... I plan on getting out the boat over the next few days.
