hello, I'm Meaghan Phillips I live in Charlotte NC. I enjoy taking photographs, its just a hobby not a profession. I recently FINALLY got a pentax k110 and its pretty much amazing because im so used to an easyshare. So expect some WAY better quality pictures! You can probably tell the difference of the old pics and my new pics, i like to keep my old shitty pictures (towards the end) to show how much ive grown. I had to re-size some of them so they werent so big and save them as jpeg so they could go in my xanga entry. I love sugestions and tips because I am always looking to improve...but dont be heartbroken if i dont comment back, I'm a bum. But I do love comments..they make me extra happy. Enjoy!

-Please dont take my pictures without asking me or giving me credit.

From experience, I think the best photos are those that arent set up but the ones that are perfectly flawed...and the ones that just happen on accident. Photography to me is about capturing whats already there that most people just pass by. You can make anything beautiful if you have the right perspective. You can spend all the money you want on the most expensive, most perfect camera but that still doesn't make you a good photographer. You aren't anything without creativity, perspective, and appreciation  for life.
