Chrisalee's story has affected all of us, so Willie and I felt that as fellow neighbors, we should do something special for her. We wanted to surprise and send the family a special arrangement of flowers, exclusively from the neighborhood to show that we care. It started off as a little idea from me.. and it came out to be a big success. 

I'd like to take the time out right now to thank a few people:

BIG THANKS to Flowers By Adela on Eldridge, for hookin it up big time and taking two bills off our final price. Everybody go there for flowers from now on.

Thanks to ELDRIDGE PARK VILLAGE for being so supportive, and letting two kids with clipboards go door to door asking for donations. You guys rock.

After two days of going around our neighborhood collecting, we raised enough money to get this floral arrangement that I picked out for her.

Oh and (holding back on harsh words)FORGET all you people who didn't think we could do it, and especially to those stingyass neighbors who said no to us. How do you even say no to something like that. Heartless motha...
