We're all on this hunt to find happiness.   Did we ever think that for a moment of two, we're not suppose to be happy?   Anyone ever think that maybe things hurt because they are there to teach us something?   Or thought that we regret things so we wont repeat our mistakes.   

We are all in such a rush to make people feel better and to soothe their pain, which, there is NOTHING wrong with being there for someone to talk to, or counsel, or be with..  But I think sometimes, we can't rely on that help..  We have to feel the pain, whether its self induced pain (from stupid words and actions)  or pain caused by another persons words or actions and then learn from it.  

Not only will that pain that you go through teach you, but it will also make you even more grateful for the true happiness that comes from another day.
