| So lately I have been battling with bouts of deppression and feeling deppressed. I have also been dealing with past sin. In which God forgives us of our sins. well any way last night I watched Saving Private Ryan with some friends, it is a good movie, but when I got home I was so upset. I regreted it. Today I was talking to one of my friends about it and said not to regret it because regrets are in a downward vicious sprial. Well what I learned from all of this is not what sins we do that are bad it is our sins that put Jesus on the cross. That is why God can forgive us. | | |
| don't put God in a little boxYesterday I was upset to find out that people are not geting that the big bang theory is a joke. I mean God is out there and he wants us to know him and be with him. but what I mean is don't put him in a box I believe that God created the world in seven days. and the reason why is in 2 Timothy 3:16-17 "All scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly epuipped for every good work." That is why I believe in the creation story. That is all the proof I need. | | |
| hello, i know i have not really wrote anything seriously lately. I have been very busy. School is going ok. I am in a group project. Right now it seems very disorganized but hopefully tonight it will get organized and i'll know what to do. I have been struggling to set aside..... or maybe what i am trying to say is not wanting the perfect church. But the things I struggle with is what is a very big deal in doctrine and what is not? and am I really growing? I don't know. I am just praying about it. If anyone of you wants prayer just let me know and i will. God loves to hear our prayers. he gets very excited when we tell him stuff or ask him for stuff. he does answer prayers it just may not be how we accept it to happen. | | |
