There are only two lasting bequests we can hope to give our children. One of these is roots, the other, wings.~Hodding Carter

OK...so the last time I updated was LAST YEAR!!  Sorry about that.  I'll try again.  So, let's see...my niece, Megan, was out here visiting for a little while. She was here for a week and 1 day.  It was fun to see her.  On her last day, just before we took her to the airport to go back home, we stopped by the warehouse and there was Michael and Greg--being painted to look like gargoyals (spelling?)  Of course they were.  They had on a unitard and were having primer painted on them (all over them) and then they were going to be painted to look like the castle for Beauty and the Beast.   I can't wait for that show...I think it's going to be great!!

I am blown away by the talent of you guys!  I just saw some old videos of cyt shows from the past and you guys are so completely amazing.  You guys can do such amazing stuff...the way you can become other characters, the dancing and singing talent, the musical instruments you can play--I am so proud of each of you.  I am especially proud that you have chosen to do something positive with your lives.  It is such fun to watch you guys amaze me over and over and over again!  Thank you!

So this is the first 4th of July with just Craig and I....Michael is at CYT camp and Zonnie is far, far away in the new land of Zea.  We went to church this morning and then went to the grocery store to pick up a few things and then headed home.  Craig and I had a barbeque in our back yard, laid on the hammock, feed our dog scraps and went in the jacuzzi.  Then Craig took a nap and here I am talking to all of you.  It was a nice day.  We will go and have a barbeque with some friends tonight and then see fireworks and then go grunion hunting.  Has anyone ever done that??  I haven't.  It should be fun.  Craig says that he catches the grunion and then he throws them back in the water.  We'll see.  ...... Oh I can't wait for August to get here.  Hey I saw Kim Mendenhal at the Improvathon...it was soo fun to see her.  She is so much fun!  She's my other adopted daughter while Zonnie is gone.  Lauren is my first adopted daughter.  Hi Lauren!  Are you back home yet??  We love you!  Hi Kim!!  We love you too!  Hey how is Brylan?  Hi Brylan!  We love you too! Then there's Bryan and Ryan.  Hi guys!  Love to you! AHHHH!  There's so many great people we know! There is no way that I can write all of your names down.  Just concider yourself special to us. We love you all!!!   ok.  I feel better now.  Happy 4th of July everyone!
