| Damn, I haven't updated in over a month!
Not a whole lot has happened, other than Rosalia and Antoinette met Susie and they loooove her! That makes life easier! Yea!
I'm getting over a bad cold my cute lil nephew gave me. Hmph. I love him to pieces but maybe he's not so cute anymore... Nah. I can't say that about Lo.
I love you, Susie Q. I don't know if you still read this, but I miss you even though I saw you last night!

| Brokeback Mountain is a very sad movie! I went to see it yesterday with Suzy..I cried at least twice. It made me realize how lucky I am to live where I do, though I may dis it a lot, and at the time I do. However, most ancient societies like the ancient Egyptians, Native Americans, and different tribes throughout the world had NO PROBLEM with homosexuality. Even in the Roman era, it was perfectly normal for artists to paint portraits of same sex friends, and then have romantic affairs with the subjects. Actually, it wasn't until the advent of the Christian Church did homosexuality start becoming a "bad thing". It was the Christians that gave it a bad rap, and that bad rap stuck in today's society. In fact, back in the Native American culture, to be gay was to be truly blessed. The tribes back then were so big, the societies honored people that wouldn't produce more children, and usually promoted gays to high positions. Even though society still may have backwards thinking sometimes, I'm glad I don't live in Wyoming in 1963 lol.
I have a Statistics exam tomorrow that I've been studying for. I said this back in September, and I'll say it again now. It is my goal to get a 4.0 this semester, it was one of my new year's resolutions. I'm definitely going to try.. wish me luck all.
I'm so tired. | | |
| I like this semester so far. Statistics and Microbiology are the 2 hard classes I'm taking, but they're nothing I can't handle. I enjoy the challenge, believe it or not.
Man, I wanna travel! Anywhere, I don't care..
I envy those peeps who just road trip. I'd love to do that... but my car is lucky it can make it to Baltimore and back...
This afternoon I'm picking Crystal up and we're going to hang out for a few hours. I <3 my lil sis. Hope things for her clear up soon...

| *yawns* It's almost 11 am. Too early for me!!
I had a really good weekend. On Thursday I hung out with my sister Ann for the first time, really. We went and saw Casanova. It was a good movie, even though we both had doubts about it initially. I worked Fri and Sat, and of course on Sunday I went and saw Suzy. I had an awesome time!! Too bad it's Monday now...
I really dunno if I like Microbiology. It's so damn long of a class... it's every Tuesday night for 3 hours. ....I'd rather play Clock Tower 3 or Manhunt. I'm addicted to both of those games! Idk...I don't mean to sound like a puss but there's something about it I just don't like and I haven't been able to pinpoint it.
Next week is my sister Erin's 23 birthday, and my nephew's 5th birthday. Guess where I'll be! Hopefully clubbin for the first time lol.
I want to get one of those wall clocks from Spencers on where the dial is totally backwards. 2 is 2, but flipped around.. hehe.

| 2nd day back to school!
This morning I had Stats class and one of my old friends that transferred to Ship last year is taking it with me at HACC. His name is David, and he's really nice. It's good he's there with me...we can be study buddies.
I was really tired this morning. I kept having really weird dreams about this underground witchcraft cult in Bonneauville that was trying to get me to kill babies with them. Haha, yeah. Needless to say, I kept waking up periodically throughout the night.
Last semester I fell short of my goal by .5 points. I was supposed to get a 4.0 but I would up getting a 3.5 instead. Bah! This year I'm getting the 4.0 no matter what I have to do.
I saw my sweetie last night. <3 I wish I could be with her always.. I <3 her very much.
