Good evening! :)

So, this will be a really short post as I have like a ton things that have to be in my head until tomorrow 8 a.m.  --->tests, tests, tests! Well atleast it distracts me from eating to much! Positive thinking, hehe! I really don't know why I'm in such a good mood right now?! Okay...Maybe because I thought I ate sooo friggen much today, but just calculated it and realized that I somehow managed to stay about 800 cals?

BF: Coffee with little skim milk and some vanilla flavour (40)

School: half a paprika (14) with wholemeal bread + lowfat cheese spread (105)

Home: cherry yoghurt (121), 1 roll with little cheese and lean turkey (180), 3 pocket coffee (little chocolate things with espresso inside - yummy!!) (151), 5 gummybears (35), 1 minimilk (icecream) 28, 1 actimel low fat (28), a few pieces of salad with champignons (90?), 2 coffee bonbons (20)

Will do some crunches later! Stay strong, luv y'all!

Hi skinnies!

How are things going? I wasn't here for soo long, I'm so sorry! School's so demanding right now (it's my last year and I have my final exams in July ) and I haven't really reached anything weight-wise yet, which is so depressing. But it's my own fault - I only have to eat less and exercise more and the weight will melt away!

It has to be so easy, why is it so friggen hard, then? Anyways, I'm 59 kg right now which SUCKS! My intake has been fine so far!

BF: Coffee with little skim milk

School: half a paprika, 0,1% fat yoghurt with frozen raspberries and blueberries

Home: Vanilla quark 0,2% fat (I ate the whole package, which is 435 cals!! ), 1 roll with pumpkin seeds, some turkey

Exercise: burned 500 cals on our bike while watching O.C.!

I really got mad when I realized I just stuffed my face with this vanilla thingy, I just had to work it off! I'm so glad it worked, I feel really good right now!

Good evening my Ladies!

I'm in such a good mood right now!  I stepped on the scale and it said 58,5 kg which is about 128 lbs. I finally lost some lbs, yeah! I did well the last 3 days. No bad food (eg chocolate, cookies, fast food..), stayed around 500 - 600 cals a day. Mostly fruits and milk/bottermelk + some bread with bacon. My stomach is growling at the moment - I just love this feeling! I hope I will remember this very moment when I'll be up to my next binge. I feel like 10 times better when I feel empty. It's wonderful, I wanna embrace the world!  

:edit: oops, I totally forgot I got tagged! Soo...5 weird habits:

1) I always pull up those labels from bottles. (I hope you get what I mean, unfortunately my English is quite poor)

2) When I hear music via headphones, I can never stick to a certain volume level. I permanentely make it higher, than lower, than higher...

3) I'm biting my nails.

4) When I eat a orange or mandarin I pull up every tiny little bit of those white fibers. They're so disgusting!

5) I can't be without my labellos. I'm getting mad when I'm without it. I carry at least one in every of my handbags.
