both these sites are filled with popularity whores. not as bad here, but there are people who demand comments and add every person they see. but on myspace people start adding people sayin shit like 'i dont know you but i need more friends'. what kind of stupid shit is that? everyone knows damn well they dont have 1000 friends in real life. and most my friends dont have myspace, and i see why. stupid insecure people who become picture whores just to get some 'friends'.

anyways, im sick of this racism shit. so me and my old friends [both of us bein mexican] went into this fancy ass store in the mall to look around, knowing we cant buy a single thing there, just lookin, but this lady just kept followin us so obviously. we turn around and she'd pick up a shirt that looks ugly as hell and look at it interested. spent 10 minutes in that store and walked out. ignorant shit like that is just not needed. and then theres at least 5 kids i know at school that constantly act like they're better than me and my friends but they never say it, knowing damn well that if they do we will most likely hurt them. but, shit, if you wanna think that at least say it to us, can't no one these days be honest. and another stereotype i hate is the one where if i use a "big" word, all of a sudden people lookin at me and saying "o wow, i didnt know you knew what that meant" and that makes me wanna hit them. i said "that shit is ignorant, if you wanna be in music you have to know what your striving for and the history behind it" and then some white boy says [his exact words] "how the hell did you know words like that?". and dont get me wrong, im no where near racist towards white people, its just that the young ones are share the majority of the ignorance. anyways, after he said that i, unfortunately, went "ghetto" on him. i started yelling and cussin in spanish and shit, i had this boy scared and all my friends were tellin me calm down and then he called me a 'wetback' and i went off. threatening this kids life and he was scaaaaared, and then i just quit. sat down and said "learn when to shut the fuck up", because, appareantly, he doesnt know when to. but i also proved his racism right when i did that shit, the stereotype is generally "mexicans will shank you" and "white people will sue you". i wasn't shankin no one, and he wasnt suin no one. but we both got pretty close. so basically, in case you couldnt find the meaning of this trail on paragraph, racist/stereotypical thinking needs to be done away with. if you look back on EVERYTHING that has happened in the past that has involved man, racism has a part to play in it.

Had to update this because appearantly people still read this more than myspace, because i hate myspace.

anyways, onto what i wanted to talk about: Tookie. I realize he murdered people, and he co founded one of the most notorious gang's in the world, but the death penalty was not necessary. Two things were huge factors in his sentencing: Race and the fact that he was a literal Original Gangster. First off, race. A white man in Mississippi murders 3 black teenagers brutally, making them suffer a long death, and he gets sentenced to life. That would have been accpetable for him to stay in prison for the rest of his life, there would have been no problems there, but that man was released on old age, not put to death or left to die in prison like he deserved. Tookie killed, grew up, realized that he was leading the wrong life, but realized it too late, so he did what he could from where he was, he made childrens books preaching the danger of gangs and violence, and was nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize, but he gets the death penalty rather than life and release on old age? And people have the nerve to say that racism is completely gone from the face of the planet. Second, his status as a literal Original Gangster. He was co-founder of the Crips, a notorious gang with a huge following all over the world. Him and his now dead friend started a gang that creates violence, killing, and corruption all over the world. But, for every life he took back then, he has most likely made up for it by helping children realize that what they think is not bad, is actually terrible, but people seem to ignore that fact and back up their already weak argument with "What if he killed a member of your family?". You'd want him dead for hurting a few families after saving many? That sounds hypocritical to me.

And, as for the death penalty, it needs to be done away with, its horrible that people preach and preach that there is no power above god, but they take other peoples life into their own hands. The common sense of people has hit an all time low.

and girl from my city that i dont know that said i was on her site, i think i went there once and thats because i was on myspace and found that, but constantly visiting and not commenting? i don't know what that is, but i don't know you, so i wouldn't have reason to go on your xanga, no offence.
