Amatures....-__-u

3 days at the cottage,
28 bites on the hands
4 bites on the arms
2 bites on the neck
1 on the chest
5 on the shoulders
13 on the legs
1 on the feet

1 whole world of itch...priceless.
...but for everything else, there's mastercard

Tagged by Minh and Tim!!!

aaah, but who tagged first? OOOOH NOOOEEES?!?!? Mystery!!!!

Post 5 weird and random facts about yourself, then at the end, list the names of 5 people who are next in line to do this. Also leave a post on their Xanga to let these people know.

1. I talk, laugh and (apparently very liberally) sing in my sleep.
Apparently according to my roommate and the rest of my family, I do all three in my deep sleep, and they've got it time down to the hour.  They've heard it, and it's kinda loud (or maybe because the rest of the house is soo quiet it seems loud) but nobody has yet to figure out what I have been mumbling about. and each episode usually goes on for quiet some time..I think the longest was like 40 min.  We were gonna record it but the rents just got too lazy to set a recorder at 3-5 in the morning.  looks like I only need sleep walking to complete the collection.

2. I can't blush....except in my ears.
Yep, I am completely incapable of getting the rosy cheeks of embarassment.  However, when the time comes that I should be blushing, instead of my cheeks, my ears turn BRIGHT RED.  I remember doing presentations as a kid and being in a spelling bee and my ears just lit up like Rudolph's nose.  hell they could've stopped rush hour traffic.....actually, I don't think those drivers would care much if a tall asian kid stood in the middle of a 10 lane highway with bright red ears.....I'd be Rudolph roadkill. but it could be possible at Safety Village =P  and seeing as I'm on the note of blushing, I'd like to mention that I also cannot get the asian glow no matter how hard I try (and some nights I'll try hard). Instead I turn pale. I'm one biologically messed up asian.

3. The only things I ever watch on TV are cartoons and CNN.
I am completely obsessed with cartoons and, at times when there are no good cartoons on, completely addicted to CNN.  I know it's all propaganda and it's clearly biased but it's a great time filler.  But if I had to prioritize between the two, DEFINITELY cartoons first.  My first obsession was Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles whoever came up with this idea was GENIOUS!! I mean, come on! how random is that? it's like the cartoon version of the A-Team except with mutant turtles in their teens, who know ninjitsu. I can totally see Rapheal as Mr. T haha. My most recent addiction was to Disney's Kim Possible and yep, I've watched all 3 seasons and both movies.  My current one is Family's 6Teen and I'm slowly getting through that one whenever I can.

4.  I can pop almost every joint in my body. baaaad habit, but but but it feeeeels soooo gooooooood.
Fingers, knuckles, wrists, elbows, right shoulder, collarbone, ribs, back, neck, hips, knees, ankles and toes. that's pretty much all of the major joints.  note: the right side of my body is particularly noisy.  I was normal once, silent joints and all but then I was watching TV with my dad, but then, just randomly and with such great force he popped his neck both ways. then he started showing off his knuckles and fingers and I was hooked.  I almost snapped my own neck learning how to pop it, lol, it was sore for a few days after my first attempt.  I practiced long and hard to get a worthy sound.  Soon, all the other joints gave into peer pressure and now I am the result of 7 years of daily practice.

5. I didn't learn how to tie my shoes until the end of grade 3
Clearly I was never a boy scout becuase bunnies running around trees then into holes was waay too complicated. I never really could see 2 laces as such an elaborate scenario..come to think of it, I can't even picture that right now. Thank George de Mestral! otherwise I'd be trippin all over the playground.

Tag! You're it!

Vow of Silence?

wow, i've never been so quiet for this long in my life. it's been 2 months already and i swear my average spoken word count per day has been less than 70.  is it possible to forget how to talk? hmmm, the next time it looks like i'm staring blankly at a person...i might have already learned how to talk with my thoughts...ooo, that would be cool. although i think there will probably be a lot of random thoughts popping in and out.....more fun for them ^^
