Bad Customer Service...

So I was in Fredericksburg this weekend.  If you haven't been, I highly recommend you check it out.  The beer was incredible.  The food was good as well, which leads me into my title.

So you know when you go inside a restaurant and you wait to be seated at the entrance?  Well I was standing right in front of the "waiter" or whatever he was for about 3 minutes and he never took my name down.  It was really awkward.  I mean we were practically having a staring contest and this guy didn't even ask "how many?" or "would you like to be seated inside or out?".  I just took that as a sign that it'd be in my best interest to pursue other dining options.

Well I guess I'll be testing for promotion next week.  I guess I should try and score really well on it, but my fate is pretty much sealed as far as staying in the military goes.  I'll probably be seperating around Thanksgiving.  I planned on re-enlisting, but oh well.  If plans worked out how they were intended then: We'd still have the Titanic, The Mein Kempf would be required in the curriculum, and I wouldn't have joined the Air Force.  I guess I'll be back where I started.

Oh well, I'm sure the "skills" the Air Force has given me will more than make up for lost time.  I've become an acronym master.  I mean is there a limit on how many characters an acronym can be?

they technically don't... however, they need airbone linguists more than they need ground ones... therefore, it's not really re-training, but it is since it's a different AFSC code... heh... u get it? I've seen what they do... same shiet, but just in a plane. At least I'll get a language I want now. hehe
