...it's interactive

As many of you know, I am giving serious thought to the idea of writing some form of a book. (I know that was unspecific, i meant it to be). The working title of the book, just to give you an idea, is "Everything I Need to Know About God I Learned From a Church Sign" subtitled "Church-Sign Theology". The premise of the book is how the traditional, fundamental, conservative church has misrepresented the Gospel of Jesus Christ; the Good News as it were.

If you would do me a huge favor I would enjoy your commentary on this question:

What do you understand to be the most important thing to believe about the Gospel?

::Post Script::

it is important to note that I am not setting myself up against the traditional, fundamental church; only sharing those ways in which I believe they have misrepresented the Gospel...through lame church signs, for example.

That it was real. That it actually happened. That if cameras were invented back then, we would have pictures. That if someone had lived over two thousand years, they would remember it. That these stories aren't just stories, but actual historical events.

Sunday school play time is over.

That's what I think.

the most important thing is to remember that the core of the Gospel is the death, burial, and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. we have lost sight of that. we need to get back to that. that is the most important thing to believe because without it we would have nothing!!!!

I will expound on your question later, but hey if you're truly serious about this, I completely recommend my publisher, Pleasant Word  - www.pleasantword.com..they are the print-on-demand version of Winepress Publishing. Also, if you ever have any questions about the whole writing a book thing, please give me a buzz.

May He give you wisdom as you decide what to do! By the way, I love the idea and the book title!
