A & P is Insane!!

The title says it all.

Weekend

I haven't updated in a while but oh well. Classes are now in full swing and it is definitely going to be a tough semester. Oh well, God is good and I only have to tackle things bit by bit. This weekend has been a lot of fun for the most part and I am very thankful for that. I got to play some more basketball which I've been doing a lot. Over the last couple of months I have gotten a lot better so those of you H-ville people who want to get spanked next time I see you then I'm all for it. I went to Wal-Mart and the Outlets yesterday with Josh and bought a sweet shirt from Aeropastale for $6. I also bought the first pair of basketball shoes I've ever owned. They're really nice Adidas ones and I got them for only $30, definitely a good deal for the quality of the shoe. Then I watched a movie with a bunch of cool people so the night was good. Today I have studied a lot of A & P which is good to make sure I'm up to date. Anyways, I hope things are going great for all of you. Keep it real.

Back at it Again

Well I'm back in black, or so to speak. I'm back at the Grove and pretty much moved in. Josh and I now have a futon and I think once we get it all decorated and get a few supplies it will be awesome. I'm sitting here in anticipation of a new year and like a couple of days ago I'm excited and nervous all at the same time. Please pray that the first week of classes and stuff goes well and that I can settle into the rhythm of things easily. Here we go, ready or not.

BE ANXIOUS ABOUT NOTHING!!

Thursday, August 24, 2006

Well here we come to it. It is Thursday and tomorrow I leave for GCC. Saturday morning I will move in and then a new school year will begin. Man, where does the time fly. Summer has blown by and my mind still thinks it's June. Of course I guess this doesn't really surprise me. The last 2 years have flown by, I mean I blinked and now I'm a junior in college. I am 20 years old and no longer a teenager and am half way through my college career (undergrad that is). I am very excited to get back to GCC and be around all of my friends again. The schoolwork is not really something that I am looking forward to seeing as how this will be my hardest year at Grove City, but the Lord will help me through it. I'm excited to see what new things I will do, new people I will meet, and all of the changes. Some things I like the way they are and I am afraid they will change, and others I hope and pray that they do change. I won't know until I get there, and that's what makes life what it is. I know that God will be with me and I fully intend to make the phrase "Be anxious about nothing," the motto for what I do this year. Here it comes whether we're ready or not!

Well I'm home again and covered in poison ivy.  Not much more to report really except that I'm back to GCC in less than a week.  Later.
