thats a little too high (and unhealthy), considering i didnt get any excercise. i'm going to try and walk 2 miles every day starting today (on the weekdays at least) and hopefully (!) i can stick to my plan for a while starting tomorrow which is
1. only eat when i'm hungry
2. eat one fiber muffin (60 cals) in the morning, afternoon, and night
3. drink 9 glasses of water a day
4. walk at least 1 mile a day
that shouldnt be too bad considering im usually not hungry at all throughout the day and i only eat because i feel bored and like i need to eat something. pathetic =(, good thing though, i got my english essay done! oh man.
well, my senior pictures are on thursday next week, so maybe i can at least lose a couple lbs by then, that gives me 7 days.
