  • man i havent been on here in a little bit. i did lose a pound this week, i guess thats wayyy better than nothing =).

    today i ate: asian pear (50), grapes (20), sandwich (600), salad (70), quesedilla (100) total: 840 calories.
    thats not too bad. im really bummed though because tomorrows my senior pictures and my moms going crazy. i just put on my favorite dress when she asked me to show her what i wanted to wear and she said "that...that doesnt fit you right now." i think a lot of you know how sad i felt =(.

    im just so worried right now because i didnt get into SDSU so my parents want me to go to SF but i still want to go to SD and transfer in 2 years. lots of stress, yelling, crying, and fighting. im just worried im gonna start stress eating again =/...

    thats a little too high (and unhealthy), considering i didnt get any excercise. i'm going to try and walk 2 miles every day starting today (on the weekdays at least) and hopefully (!) i can stick to my plan for a while starting tomorrow which is
    1. only eat when i'm hungry
    2. eat one fiber muffin (60 cals) in the morning, afternoon, and night
    3. drink 9 glasses of water a day
    4. walk at least 1 mile a day

    that shouldnt be too bad considering im usually not hungry at all throughout the day and i only eat because i feel bored and like i need to eat something. pathetic =(, good thing though, i got my english essay done! oh man.

    well, my senior pictures are on thursday next week, so maybe i can at least lose a couple lbs by then, that gives me 7 days.

  • im seriously freaked.

    cw: 148.8

    im pretty sure when i started this damn thing a week ago i weighed 148.6 and i normally eat about 2500 calories or around there, so i CANT have gained weight by cutting off 1500-1200 calories. i mean the most i ate all week was 1300. im really pissed, and kind of worried. i mean i stopped eating fast food and started eating healthy 4 months ago, and i mean i literally dont eat junk food or anything usually, no chips or cookies or shit, but since then ive gained 15 lbs. i even started weight watchers a month ago (and didnt break the rules once), and gained 4 lbs since then! theres got to be something wrong with me, this is weird.

    i really think being so hardcore on my ed for 3 years fucked up my system. now that i got all 'better' and stuff in the past year and am trying to loose weight again, my bodies rebelling against it. im sure thats what it is. SHIT

  • okay so yesterday was so much fun! my boyfriend and i went on a walk (about 1 1/2 miles) by the river and hung out for hours it was great. i ate:
    eggs (150) sausage (200) cake (350) spaghetti (550) soooo algother that was 1250. thats more than i wanted but not bad considering it was a special occasion day and i had to go to like 3 meals with people =)

    today so far ive eaten:
    cake [im so weak, gotta work on that!] (350)

  • man so today i watched way too many romance things, and i wanted to see my boyfriend hella bad. too bad hes grounded! man i hate that. good news, though i totally worked on my music the whole time and finished a song ive been working on FOREVER! =)

    intake today:

    chocolate (44)

    total: 994 my gosh thats so close to 1000, but still under it!
    AND i didnt eat past 8:30 which is huge for me beacuse i always do late night binges when i stay up like i did tonight =)

    man im pretty proud, but sad i didnt excercise at all =(, but hey tomorrows the big day date with my bf and were gonna do a lot of walking!
