The first day of your journey on your program!!!! Write down 10 things you hope to achieve with your program. Ex. lose 10 pounds, smaller arms, more control...etc What are your goals? Do you think you are going to be able to do it? Are your goals realistic? Check back to it throught out the program to remember yourself of the goals. This will be your "10 commandments" in a sense. Bonus: Take a picture of yourself. One front view...one side and one back view. Keep this as a reference to remember yourself of your goals. And this will be good for when you lose the weight! Look back at yourself! 10 things I hope to achieve: 1.) Get down to a feel good size 2.) Thinner legs, especially upper legs 3.) Say goodbye to love handles 4.) skinnier arms !!! biggest one! 5.) more control over eating habits 6.) a flatter stomach, ribs need to stick out more, and need to tone lower stomach more 7.) thinner face 8.) get into regular exercise everyday routine 9.) stay disciplined over holiday break 10.) lose a pants size

Biggest weaknesses: 1.) eating at work 2.) binging when stressed 3.) Sometimes lose sight of goal and eat a lil too much 4.) sucumbing to intense cravings 5.) eating when bored/tv 6.) eating when I think im hungry, but really im just thristy Weakness to work on: 5.) eating for comfort 6.) eating when i think im hungry but really im just thirsty: will stock room with water, green tea, and diet juice to prevent this from happening
