I’ve come a long way that’s for sure. I actually did a post on my current workout routine; I believe it’s three posts before the most recent if interested. All I can say is determination, dedication, and consistency will breed results. I’m happy to know that I can be somewhat of an inspiration to some.

Hmm… I’m with Mandee, my best choice was deciding to keep my babies- almost aborted them at first.
