| Thank you supporters!I have to apologize to everyone for not posting to the STM Thailand Xanga site before. Apparently something in my browser was blocking the rich text editor. I just found a way around it.
At any rate, I wanted to take this opportunity to first thank Sarah for setting up the Xanga site, and also to Steve for posting such great recaps of our retreats and meetings and whatnot.

We intended to use this site to keep record of our learning and training process leading up to our trip to Thailand, and also to inform our supporters all at once, instead of bombarding them separately with many emails. If you are already supporting the New Song NOC '07 STM Thailand team, thank you so much for your generosity!! We are all extremely excited to go on this trip, and I know I myself am really looking forward to this trip, as it really feels like something I am being called to do, and it is my first trip to this area of the world.
If you have not had a chance to send back your support letters yet, or if you have any questions, perhaps the team Xanga site can help you get a better understanding for the process we are going through in preparation for the upcoming trip. We will be posting more and more updates as we draw nearer to our departure time, which seems to be rapidly approaching!
The team meets on a weekly basis to learn about the culture, language, and what our goals and tasks will be for this mission trip. We also have gone to many special events over the past few months since we started this process. It is really a year long process, not just a 2 week trip.
