Birthday

So I got home last night and found that half my family was waiting for me. (Da his wife the brothers their wives and the nephewa)

They had all parked their cars over at Mark's and when I got in the door they were all waiting for me. (At least they didn't jump out at me.)

Those two little buggers were in on it too. Mateo had told me he had so much homework that he had to get right home. While Trev talked to the Dalton's and Murphy's to get them to cancel evening classes. (All these "coincidences" kinda tiped me off anyways)

Oh well!!! I hate parties (At least when those parties are meant to celebrate my getting as old as dirt.) but it was nice to get to hang with family for a while. (I missed Mother's Day because of a church thing I volunteered for.)

Side note: I got a lot of Books for my birthday, and most of them were science fiction based. I wonder what that says about me.
