| The Moses you never knewNatalie was "reading" Isabella's little Bible. Her story went something like this:
"One day they were eating breakfast and there was a knock at the door. It was Moses. Moses killed the people. Blood came out of their noses." | | |
| This is just too sweetTonight is the night--Isabella is sleeping in the big crib in the room with Natalie. She's had a little trouble staying down, though (big surprise!), and just now, put her down for the third time, and hopefully, she'll stay. But when I went in this last time to put the baby down, Natalie had put her little princess pillow in the crib for Isabella, and was sweetly sleeping in her own toddler bed. How cute is that? I'm just glad she didn't put it in there when Isabella was IN there. We'll need to have a little talk about putting things in the crib. | | |
| WeirdnessWell, we're home from church today because I've gone and done something weird to my leg for the second time this week. I can barely walk, so I didn't think I could ascend the 3 flights of stairs. . .I'll go to the Dr. tomorrow and see what's up. When it happened earlier in the week on Monday, it was better by Wednesday. It seems worse this time--it's such a weird injury! I even did step aerobics yesterday without incident. Then I was getting up from the rocking chair, and it caught again, just like it happened on Monday night. Anyway, if you go to church with us and wonder where we are, that's it. I think Derek is going to go and borrow my Grandma's old walker so I can get around the house better--that should be a sight Maybe it has a basket on it so I can tote the baby along!! | | |
| RebeccahTonight Abigail and Rebeccah were tidying up their room, and Rebeccah came to me with a pile of clothes and said, "Mommy, sometimes when I see a pile of dirty laundry in our room, I just long to take it to the laundry room." | | |
| Natalie yet againIn the kitchen this morning, Natalie asked Rebeccah, "What are you doing in the world?" Rebeccah said, "That's not how you say that. It's 'What in the world are you doing?" I thought it was cute how she mixed up her words in an effort to talk like a big person. | | |
