| I think I'm gonna fail.
Haha.
Ya. I really think I'm gonna fail for my upcoming driving test.
Seriously. My confidence in passing is like pretty low.
I know it's bad to think you're gonna fail cause you will fail because you think you gonna fail.
It's a mentality thing, so I have already conceded and lost 50% of the battle.
Haha.
Anyway, I'm really starting to, to a very very large extent, don't like my instructor.
You see, he is this bald, cocky, very sia-lan guy.
I have this very urge in me to bash him up actually if he was not my instructor.
So anyway, his methods of teaching don't really suits me.
He's also a very discouraging son of a bitch, so... ya.
Not my kind of people.
You know every time I'm driving, then he will make some fuked up comments on my driving.
It's okay if it's MY FAULT you know, but then many atimes it's just for the sake of screwing me.
So technically, imagine me driving and with angry thoughts of SERIOUSLY WALLOPING the guy next to you.
NICE. I do like my violent tendencies for this part.
hahaha.
And this every weekend learn driving thing is not really working out honestly.
Cause driving ONCE every 5 days per week is not very efficient.
You can't really progress much cause this weekend you progress a little, after 5 days, you probably will drop again a little. haha. Something likethat.
It's not like I don't put in effort. I will take my dad's taxi (cause it's manual), drive it up to the highest level of the multi-storey carpack and practice parking and everything. (Only on weekends, still.)
Actually I think my driving is okay, just need some fine tuning.
Although maybe all my passengers need to be insured before getting in my car. ya.
So I sort of plan out the scernario which I failed my practical test.
Now I'm left with 3 lessons + 1 test and then that's it.
If I pass, everyone who reads this can claim a free meal from me. hahaha.
SERIOUS. enough incentive to wish me luck already, haha.
Best thing is I don't intend to use that son-of-a-bitch no more and ya, I think I will like NOT SEEING HIM.
It's quite a dread to see him every week and PAYING him.
You know, it increases my violent tendencies alot more. haha.
If I fail, then I will be know as a re-testee - and I realised that in itself kind of rocks.
Then I will have to retake my FTT again cause it expires 23 Sept this year (after my 2 pathetic years wasted most in army).
Then I shall enroll this express course thing at CDC catered to the "FAILURE" group.
Then try again.
haha.
Not good. 10 more days to Driving Test.
Wish me luck. I think I need all the luck I can get.
haha. Meanwhile, shall put in effort.

| Small world. Meeting Up. Drinking. Birthdays. Red Cliff.
These 2 days have been at other camp doing quite nothing.
Seriously, the course is like uber slack.
So anyhow, I met my OGM there - Mr Poh Wei Jin.
Small world. Anyhow, quite happy for him cause the whole camp is STAY OUT by the way.
yea. Service side. What do you expect man. haha.
Monday evening after the course I went to met up with liane.
She had just came back from aust for a short holiday before school starts.
So I brought her to hotpot culture and eat.
We talked and shared alot.
Actually, I'm really happy for her cause of some things, and as well as others heart matters.
She been ace-ing her Event Management degree GPAs and going to korea for some exchange program.
Yea. It's always very comforting to know a good friend doing well.
Then we tried to find a cafe but due to my inability to do so, we settled for a bar instead.
Sat outside, ordered beer and I continued my part of my story.
Its been awhile since I've had such a good sharing session with a female. haha.
We had quite a bit of the "sharing" and stuff.
I think she one of those few female friends that I can talk to and about everything and be extremely comfortable.
Probably like what she said, due to the long term damage of "inferiority" that I have caused in her ever since Sec 1.Haha. So ya.
I had a great time. It was nice meeting her since after JC.
Now the drinking part.
Technically speaking, I'm not a very good drinker.
I do cherish my liver by the way. haha.
I drink when obligated to like during big occasions or happy hours in camp or when I want to actually.
I turn red upon contact with alcohol, possibly because of G6PD, I don't know.
Yea. I can drink quite alot if I don't exert myself. But that don't really happened.
So...let me explain a little here
For people who do drink, you do realise the alcohol only kicks in when you actually exerts after drinking.
For example, let me state my few very pathetic cases.
1) I drank like 2 cans of beer in Sungei Gedong Camp mess then ran like 400metres back to bunk and change clothes to meet the book out bus timing during my trainee days. End up I was sweaty, panting, red and dizzy. Haha. It was quite an experience. Anyway, for your information, I SPRINTED the 400metres, so was quite bad the effects of alcohol.
2) It was during one of those happy hours in camp where beer ran free flow. I drank like 2 cans too this time and sang karaoke through the whole night - like freakin hogging the mike kind. Had a little bit of problems getting up the stairs to my bunk and I instantaneously knocked out on my bed. Felt like my head was crank to a metal ball or something.
3) This was probably my worse and it was entirely not my fault. I was 14 I think. It was chinese new year and my uncles had me drink like half a bottle of red wine, beer and plus plus. So it was bad to the extent I can't walk straight without my mum's assistance and I had rashes all over my body kind. yea.
As for the non-exerting part. It was also during another happy hour in camp when I was too tired to sing karaoke so I ended up laying back on the couch and drank like 20 cans of beer and I was still pretty much sober. Even I was impressed pretty much by myself back then. So alcohol is okay if you don't work with it actually.
So okay. At the bar, I was doing most of the talking cause she already told her part of her story when we were eating AND walking. And actually by the 2nd bottle of that Hoegarden, I was like a little dizzy. Actually, I only realised it when I went to the toilet, was like "wo-ow". haha. I didn't expect that by talking this much and drinking, I was getting drunk. haha. So by the 3rd bottle, I had close to a litre of beer in me, judging that each bottle is 330ml. haha. When asked for more, I replied to that guy "one more bottle and I probably can't get home"
I could still pretty much walk straight but still instantaneously knocked out when arrived at home.
Well, the little bit of alcohol plus alot of talking really make it quite a nice experience really.
And liane, she can really drink, I was a little surprised. But Due to the male-ego thingy and not to sia-suay myself, have to show a bit of can make it standard still. hahaha.
All guys are likethat, so ya. haha.
Okay, enough about drinking. Onto birthdays.
Cause she asked me how come I remembered her birthday, and I told her her birthday is one of those few birthdays that I remembered the exact dates.
So yes, for exact birthdays, I only remember the girls (cause they are more particular about it).
With the exception of Mr Alvin Chua Zhen Tao, my exclusive and first-ever proper friend of 14 years? Correct me if I'm wrong. Actually I remembered his birthday because he had the same birthday with the daughter Nicholas Cage in "CON-AIR" back then. Hahaha. And his was easy to remember, mutiples of 7, 14 of July, which was yesterday, so happy birthday yet again. I almost forgot to call you that night, but I didn't. haha.
Guys, technically, I remember their MONTHS of birthday and when it gets closer, then I will go look into it.
Like off-hand, Kent is October, Gene is January, Kim is February, Waiyew is November, Sn is March, Jerem is May, Jiahong is June. yea. The exact dates I don't know.
Guys, I know you all are not sad to know about this, cause I doubt you remember my exact birthday too (unless you're gay or something) It's okay, we're guys.
Girls birthdays, I remember them by linking them to numbers, most of which I used indivisible numbers such as 7 and 11 or combinations.
Most of the times I only remember those very easy ones or those that I bothered to remember.
Like val is 5 October, cause its 5 10, vennessa is last day of Sept 31st, xiaowen is teachers day 1st Sept, carlene is 7-11 1 whole month later than me 11 July, diana is the 1st day of July, valerie is 2+7=9 9 Feb, liane is 5+7=12 12 May, sabrina is 3X7=21 21 March (i always mess up sab's and my sister's cause she's 26 March), my ex gf is 22 July (+ 1mth + 11days from me), wileen is 125 25 Jan, pepper is 625 25 June.
So if you're one the above list which I DO know the exact dates, good for you that I bother to remember. haha.
Anyway, I just thought it had be interesting to share how I remember birthdays that's all.
Lastly, today after my attachment, went to meet kent watch red cliff.
Was indeed quite good, moreover, it's my favourite classic.
Hopefully the second part will live up to expectations too.

Anyway, so inside got a mixture of NSFs and pre-enlistees.

reason is my circuit is quite fuked up.
Road okay leh. but circuit is sibei cui.
always will cok up at crank course or parallel there.
the rest is all okay leh.
i also don't know why.
maybe need practice more.
somemore maybe is because i every weekend drive only. abit not efficient in improving also.
i always kena instructor screwed in circuit. haha.
anyway i also think my instructor fuked up one.
oh well.
nevermind la.
i've got a need for him, so bear with it.
better pass man. i've having jitters already. like taking exams soon that kind of feeling. hahaha.

| freak accident Something freaky happened. so I was in the other room using laptop and reading my stuff. Then I got bored and stood up to do some stretching. Simple ones. Bend forward bend to my sides. Then I was bending backward for the very first time. I BLACKOUT. Like suddenly, there was no blood flowing to my brain and I just went out. I know I was collasping and falling forward and slam face flat onto the ground. Moments later, I woke up from the trauma and shock. I realised my left knee was red as I broke the fall with it and I was bleeding profusely from my mouth and lips. I have bite onto my lips or the teeth clashed into them when I landed face flat. So now my lower lip is slightly swollen with the internal cut and externally it's cut up pretty bad. I have NO IDEA what the fuk just happened. It's like clashing a bicycle likethat. Matters of Moments only. One moment I was leaning backwards to stretch, next moment I couldn't control my body and it was falling forward and I black out. Next moment I was lying flat and bleeding. Very freaky. How the hell did that happened when I was just merely doing stretching right. I can't believe I just went out likethat. | | |
