Hey, that challenge didnt work out for me... I guess I just wont eat.... not to difficult... just with cheerleading. They're always on my case about my diet... Im just ganna say I had a really bad cold over the weekend and my stomahces not ready for Pizza. but the problem is.. my cheer coach saw me :(.... uhg! This is a big mess.... oh and my boyfriend stopped eating.. even though hes not fat. AND we got a new house... its not in the ghetto lol its accually really nice.. its like a rich people neighborhood. haha... so far today iv ate like a piece of gum but its not even 7 yet. Hrm... Il prolly have oranges... im getting carrots for dinner.

this time im not planning a diet... im just not gana eat untill someone notices or Brandon makes me... and im ganna exersize so im taking in less callories yep that about covers it...

New Years resolutions----

1---- Loose atleast 15 pounds by summer break

2---- Be able to do a back-hand-spring-tuck by cheer tryouts in may!

3---- Be flexible enough to touch my toes to my knees while streching by April

4---- Be able to do the splits by March

5---- Have $350 saved by summer break

6---- Have a 2 pack by summer

7---- Keep my room clean, keep my locker clean, keep my binder clean etc.

8---- Get all A's by last quarter

9---- Get a part time job this summer, with a work permit

----------------------------How im ganna acomplish these goals

1. Eat small meals everyday.. limit myself to 400 callories... Do fat burning, not mucle building exersizes.

2. Well im joining a gymnastic place.... so that pretty much covers it, but im ganna put my ALL into it.

3. strech everynight, yep thats about it lol

4. Do a strech up aginst the wall a captin showed me.

5. Save all my allowances, babysit, save change etc.

6. Crunches chrunches and more chrunches

7. I just gotta force myself to do this one... there was a really good article on organization in cosmogirl the other day.

8.  I just gotta put more into it, now im making all A's and B's

9. Well, I gotta get a work permit lmao... and I think it might be for my aunts daycare, but il be legal now :D

I swear im ganna comment back this time... Im ganna keep this list, and check it off as I go! :D later taters

Sorry I havent returned comments. I havent updated because the holidays ruined me! I ate so much, I know I gained weight. Well its been 19 hours sence Iv ate.. So Im going for 24... then Im ganna eat... then Im ganna try to go 36 hours (1 1/2 days) then im ganna eat... then try and go 48 hours..... then eat. When I eat im thinking a salad. My reward is ganna be a home spa treatment lol. As in my moms foot spa... doing my own french tips.. mask... and eye thinger. For goin 24 and 36 hours Im ganna get a cesar salad. If I dont do it, I have to smoke.. witch I hate. My friend carl pointed out if I keep it steady at 36 hours I wouldent be starving and I would have some energy.... so after the 48 hours im ganna eat then go back to 36 hours.
