so...life's going better... the squatters are finally moving out of our house, they are supposed to be out by friday... sean and i plan on getting everything we own into the house on saturday, and then we'll organize it and clean it as we go... (first thing we'll be doing is photoing anything that's wrong that wasn't wrong before... for suing the previous owner with...) we both are very excited about finally being able to live in our own house...

sadly.... i've had to start back up at work... i hate work... i wish i didn't have to go... bla...

i got accepted into the school of ed!!!!! so next semester i'll be student assisting YAY!

AAAAARGH!!!!!

ok... so as everyone knows, sean and i bought a house a couple of weeks ago... we were hoping to move into it that same week, but the previous owner had renters who he decided not to evict... we went to the house expecting to be able to move in, but apparently these people (who were late with their rent to the previous guy) are in need of state assistance to be paying their first months rent and deposit... and apparently, the only way they can get that is if they are evicted... NOT my problem... so sean and i, being the nice people we are (and wanting to live in our owen house) give them eviction papers with a 7 day limit on them... (they are supposed to be out by the 15th)... according to the renter those papers aren't good enough... they need a court order to get out, and in order for us to get a court order, we need to wait till after they haven't vacated by the eviction date... which sucks, because they haven't paid us anything for living in our house, and even though they've signed a lease, they may or may not feel like moving out by the day we have on the eviction paper...(the woman promises they'll be out within 2 days after the court date...)

well, in my mind that just plain isn't good enough, she was suposed to get the fuck out of MY house before i even signed the papers...sean and i out of the goodness of our hearts were willing to let them get their things situated and have the week they needed to do that rent free... and now that they might not move out? oh ho ho NO! i'm thinking that we are going to go down there with a paper stating that if they aren't out by the 15th (which is what we told them to be out by, they are going to owe us at least $150 for each week they've lived there while we have owned the place, and $150 a week till they get the fuck out... i want to be living in the house i'm paying for... and i want these damn welfare squatters out!

i'm so stinking sick of it i could scream... YOU'VE SIGNED A DAMN LEASE GO LIVE THERE!!!!! GET THE HELL OUT OF MY HOUSE...

that's the sickness... bah...

I am Officially a homeowner!!!!!! yay for life, we should be moved in early next week... yay!
