Interests: As one of Iranian and formerly Islamic heritage, what goes on in the Middle East is an important part of my life. My dream is to see everybody in that region regardless of sex, religion, or ethnicity have the freedom to be true to him- or herself, speak his or her mind, and elect representatives who respect that ideal. Iran has a rich history going back thousands of years; unfortunately, not much of it is left after the centuries of purging done at the hand of Islama-fascists. This is a loss for the whole world, not just Iran and the Middle East.

| China on Warpath   China,
the strategic friend, enabler and supplier of the mullahs in Iran is
now poised to become heir to the now-defunct Soviet Union's arms race
with the US.
According to the Epoch Times,
China has quietly taken note of the failures of the USSR and believes
it can win a Cold War with the US.
China's annual military spending is up 17.7% - and has been steadily increasing since at least the 1990's.
Much of their military budget
is going toward next generation intercontinental ballistic missiles
aimed at US cities - with technology sold to the regime under the
Clinton administration's pro-China policy.
China's army has grown to at
least 2.5 million men strong - that's about equal to the entire US army
and Indian armies put together.
China is also expanding it's
naval profile, with an aggressive campaign to modernize and expand it
ships and submarines - some capable of launching nuclear missiles at
their targets.
Expansions however also
include securing strategic outposts and bases, such as around the
Pacific, South America and more ominously, the Panama Canal.
And as always, China's
intelligence gathering is on the warpath too. A blinding success with
its human-intelligence gathering capabilities in the 90's, many of
these human assets are still being allowed to go under the radar. But
China is also stepping up its electronic capabilities too: using
technology acquired both legally and illegally through US companies.
During that same time as
China technology transfers were being given free pass during the
1990's, Chinese Defense Minister (the Chinese equivalent post to that
held by US Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld) Gen. Chi Haotian
expressed his gratitude by stating, "War
[with the United States] is inevitable; we cannot avoid it. The issue
is that the Chinese armed forces must control the initiative in this
war…. We must be prepared to fight for one year, two years, or even
longer”.
And how is the Chinese dragon funding this expansion? With US trade dollars.
How do we stop this monster?
We starve it.

| Double-Standard Friday
A question for you:
 Why is the mainstream media
ignoring the tragic and brutal murder in France of Ilan Halimi, who was
Jewish, at the hands of Islamic fascists, particularly when there might be a Hamas connection?
 Also, why has the media ignored the church burnings and the murders of scores of Christians in Nigeria at the hands of Islamic Fascists?
 And why did the media not rush to
the aid of the man, an American, who now sits in a Nigerian jail for
having dared tell of the fanatic violence?
Finally, why does the media cover
the Mohammed cartoon riots as if they are a response to the most
heinous hate crime comissible when the media are clearly ignoring far
more grievous and frightening crimes of hate committed by these
followers of the aforementioned cartoon character?
Something folks is just not right.

| Today is National Pig Day!So I've been sick and it's been a lot of fun, let me tell you. But finally I'm back.
Okay, I promise this is the last oink-themed post for awhile, but I was at Sondra K's blog yesterday
and she had a gem: a link to an Associated Press story announcing that
at the Brookfield Illinois Zoo today is National Pig Day.
I'm sure
we'll see fezzed zealots rioting in the streets any time now against
the afront to Islam NPD poses. I mean, seriously: a pig painting pictures - PROBABLY pictures of Mohammed - is
certainly reason enough for the nutjobs of I-slam to kill a few more
Christians and Jews.
I-slam, you-slam, we all slam for I-slam, right?
So Happy Pig Day
I'm convinced Islamic fascists are nothing more than a bunch of girlymen.
First, they beat up other women
Second, they wear those
rediculous night shirts, or on special occasions dress up like Condi
Rice (no offense to Condi - she dresses like a girl) - all very girlish
Third, look at how they cross their legs
Fourth, every day is like the day they just ran out of Midol.
Fifth, they're always s-whining about something, even when it's no pig deal.
