| FUN STORY!
Ok, I would like a new car. Yesterday, Mollie and I went to Barnes & Noble. Because we wanted to take the Turnpike, I drove us there. It was no big deal, had plenty of gas, AC runnin', but leaving was a different story. We leave the store and head toward the highway with no problems. Then, as we were sitting at a light, I realized there was a light blinking on my dashboard that indicated that the temperature of my car was extremely high. A wave of panic came over me. We probably should NOT take the highway home. Instead, we turned down Penn to go to 15th.
I knew something was going to happen. At the intersection of 15th and Western we came to a stop. Then I felt the car turn stiff and white steam becan pouring into the car and out of the hood. Frantically, Mollie and I jump out of the car in the middle of traffic while other drivers proceeded to honk at us! They honked at us!!! They didn't help us!!!!! The light turned red again and I tried to ask a guy next to us for help, but he completely snobbed me off and went on his merry way. OMG!!!! I thought I was going to cry! THANKFULLY, there was a nice punky guy who got out of his car and offered to help push us around the corner and off the road. People were still honking at us! The punky guy yelled at them to go around and other obsene things in our defense. The punky guy was later joined by a tiny, nerdy guy and pushed our car up on a gravel road on Western.
So there. My car broke down for the first time! Exciting, wasn't it! We sat there forever waiting for my dad and Mollie's dad. In the mean time, dozens of cars passed us without asking if we were ok. A cop even passed us, but then he came back a lot later. Only one guy in a truck pulled over to check on us.
So, if you see anyone broken down on the side of the road, at least ask if they're ok!!! We got to in our neighborhood right afterward. There was a lady stuck on the side of the road, and we asked how she was. It's really irritating when people just drive by.

| ok, this sounds really lame, but tonight i watched the adventures of shark boy and lava girl with noah....it was bad. lol. i do have something to say about that movie, however. ok, that movie was made about dreams and the director's son's dreams and i have to say, if it were my dreams, that movie would have rocked. come on, you can't deny it, although my mind would be a creepy place to wander in....
OMG!! right now i'm watching sleepy hollow for the 12th time and I LOVE THIS MOVIE!!!!!! haha...my dream movie thing would probably have johnny, dead things, and would just be really weird.....ok, enough.

tomorrow i would like to go to see the descent or talladega nights, but i don't know if i can. if anyone wants to go, i'll go and make an effort to persuade the parents.
oo...it's thundering! don't get me wrong, i love thunderstorms, but when i'm alone, it's a little freaky. don't you know the archetype for storms and rain?! rebirth? rebirth my ass, you've seen scary movies! somethin's goin down! whether it be michael meyers, an attack on yourself by your evil half, or your own house in the charming town of amityville, it's storming!
and that's all i have to say about that. | | |
