The last time I wrote this message, it gave me some weird error message I couldn't read (obviously).  But...

I am in Italy!!  It is pretty sweet.  This keyboard is kind of ridiculous.

Yes, I return to the world of the Xanga living.  Sorry about that whole absence thing, Facebook is just so easy to maintain.  I don't have much to say, but I will be back with pictures from Prom / Into the Woods, and what not.  See you then.

I guess it's about time for another update.

Life is great right now.  Granted, we are back in school, but it hasn't hit the fan yet, and the fact that I'm 7/8 done with high school keeps me going.

Let's see, over Winter Break, I:

Went to Chicago the first week with my family to visit my Grandpa and cousins
Celebrated 3 Christmases, again, woot
Received a bunch of CDs, PS2 games, clothes, and money
Watched 2005 slip away at Megan Land's house
And otherwise totally partied hardcore

Since break, I went down to state conference in Wichita with a bunch of crazy thespians.  This was my first year going and it was a lot of fun.  You never know what will happen if you take several thespians and stick them in a bus for 3 hours and/or let them have free reign of a hotel.  Needless to say, it was a good time.

I hope the new year is treating you all well.  I am liking it so far.  Here is to 2006 and the beginning of the end.

Hurray for snow days!  Not hurray for 5-day weeks and final exams.  I hope you all enjoyed yourselves on that nice 4 day weekend.  I did.  This week has been a little rough with a lot of tests, but now we're in the home stretch.  Good luck on finals and such.

Oh man, life recently has been completely, off-the-wall crazy.  Hopefully a nice 5-day break can calm things down. 

Random anecdotes:

I thought Pirates of Penzance! was awesome.  It is my favorite musical that we've done and a good one to end with.  Good times.

So I officially got my Eagle scout yesterday.  Seven years of that stuff over.  Wow.

I made District Orchestra this year.  Unfortunately, the music is kinda hard and I don't really care.  We'll see how that goes.

All of the college apps are in.  Now it is a waiting game.  I will find out in March or April pretty much.

All in all, life is great.  It is nice to have a break.  I like the fall.  I hope life is treating all of you well.  Have a great Thanksgiving.  I am thankful for all of you, maybe.
