| my dilemmaMarking this week's 40th anniversary of the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., the Los Angeles City Council on Tuesday called for a 40-hour moratorium on homicides and violence in the city. The council voted 13-0 to adopt the resolution which asks that residents- from 6:01 p.m. Friday through 10:01 a.m. Sunday- refrain from any acts of violence in the hopes of having a zero-homicide weekend and promoting peace, justice... Daily News, Wed.2nd My dilemma - if I abide by the resolution I'll undoubtedly reduce the crime- rate, on the other hand I like to do most of my looting and murdering on the weekend.
