yesterday at chaple the guy who spoke talked about how it is more by our actions then our words that people will see Christ in us. he spoke about a man who preaches outside the bank in longview who tells of hell fire and brimstone, but nobody listens. his message is true, but he is loud and forcefull with it, and people ignore him. i think too often i rely on my words to show that i am a Christ's. he made a challange to us at the end of chapel. he had had them pass out duct tape, he held it up and said if you covered your mouth so you could not speak, would people know that you are a Christian. that seemed like a huge challange to me. it is hard to evaluate yourself like that. but he is right. people will see our actions long befor they will hear our words.

Let us purify ourselves from everything that contaminates body and spirit, perfecting holiness out o reverence for God.
                                                                 2 Corinthians 7:11

It is written:  "I belieed; therefore I have spoken." With that same spirit of faith we also believe and therefor speak,

So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.

today was a good day. classes went by fast, and then i got payed today, so that was nice. then chris called me askin if i could help with some roofing at the hispanic church the habitat group has been helping, so i told michel the i wasnt goin to be at kids club and went and did some work. that was alot of work and it was hard, but i really enjoyed it. then i went to Bass Pro Shop, that place is awsome. came home from there, and now im here. anywho here is what has been on my mind today. it just amazes me how when i know that i will be talkin to someone at the end of the day that i dont miss them a whole lot, but when i know that i wont get to speek to them, i spent the day wondering how they are doin, and what they are up to and worriein if everything is goin ok. man that is driving me crazy. thats what has been on my mind all day. kinda sad isnt it...no i accualy like it.
