how do you make layouts?

hi... i am now a subscriber and i think your layouts are pretty kewl..... for the ladies(that is(oh and no offense))..... so i was wonderin, even though you probably get a million requests a day, if you could make not a layout, but the most extraordinary layout ever!.... lol.... sorry a little over dramatic.... i really love blue,but not just blue, more like a spicy blue... ok... so i dont know what blue, exactly, is the best (it would be personal opinion anyway), but i do know electron blue is a beautiful color.... anyway a mixture of many different shades or even different colors would be cool............. i know i talk tooo much..... but visit my site sometime...... i try to have interesting things to say......
