Changes... So much has happened within this past week, but all in all...lots to be thankful for!  So I got the keys to my new place on Monday...now it's officially my home... and soon to be June's too! =) can't wait! it's going to be like college all over again. come by and visit us! 
Tuesday my mama went in for surgury to remove a mass in her lung to determine if it was cancer. and thank God, the doctor's found that it was non-cancerous. thanks so much for those that showed so much concern and prayed for her. just seeing how this all panned out over the course of the last few months has really been a testament of God's hand on our family. My school year is winding down...yahoo! about a month left to go! the fashion show for my students is next Friday. they're going to be modeling all the things they made throughout the year... eeks. i'm nervous. there better not be any wardrobe malfunctions.  
This is my most favorite class! they're so fun! teaching that class is like hanging out for a period. yesterday we were talking about the Backstreet Boys and how we were obsessed with them. except they were in 2nd grade and i was in 12th.  i was telling them how i had my mom call me out of school so my friend and i could go buy the Millenium cd. they think i'm such a dweeb. but that's what i love about being on the other side now...i can relive high school all over again and not be so self-conscious or concerned with what people think. all teachers are expected to be out of touch and a little bit dorky...heheh. so i'm kind of sad the school year is winding down.. but not so sad b/c i get to go to Cali to see my nephew!
