Going to Tokyo tonight. It has only been a while since i was there but am looking forward to it. Have never been there during summer so don't know what to expect. Heard that it's hot and extremely humid. I'm sure the air conditioning would come to use =P And now... I'll get ready for the trip, and the search...

my blogging habit is slowly disappearing =P
Jap classes was good... I enjoyed the two hours not having to think about work but gaining knowledge of a few random sounds that might make some sense to another culture. Have a class of a rather diverse background and each week, we sit in a small circle that makes me felt like we're at some counseling session for impulsive consumption of alcohol or gambling. Not that i've been one before =P
A lot is happening right now. Sometimes i wonder if i should be feeling confused, excited, upset or happy. There's just so many pockets of little things, all outside of my control, which i directly or indirectly need to deal with... I just hope everything will turns out fine.
Am so tired right now but just wanted to drop down a *few* words about Dubai...
First impression, similar but quite different to HK. Equally busy, extremely polluted and the roads looks exactly the same. Yet Dubai contained too many exotic buildings and fascinating six to seven stars hotel which made it a wonder. Arrived at 2am, spent the morning reading and steam bathing. Caught up on some sleep when the room became available and managed to go on a Safari trip. The Safari trip, in my opinion, is a must do in Dubai. Dune buggy's ride was exciting, bashing sand dunes in four wheel drives whilst attempting to take pictures, was dizzy but fun. Laughing at camels and watching a pretty lady belly dancing was enjoyable. Hanna all over the back of my hands right now which made me looks like a gangster o.O
The night didn't just end there. Had a descent night walk along the coast and saw a few fascinating 6-7 stars hotel. Managed to go to a bar that was in one of these hotel and oh my, i was amazed. The hotel was so big that a cart had to pick us up and dropped us off at the bar. The bar, was relaxing. Watching the night sky with a view of Dubai whilst surrounded by the sea placed me in a delighted mode... or maybe it was the drink... or maybe it was the fruit punch slash watermelon thing =P
I treated myself with a massage the next morning and to celebrate the shopping festival, I went to the City Center. Experienced the long waiting que for taxis, got a glance of the 7 star hotel palm, got conned into driving double the destination of what i originally intended and luckily realised that guy was fooling me around. Finally got back to theo hotel and just rested early for the night.
From talking to locals and air hostress there, Dubai seems like a country that's good for visit and travel but living can be quite hard and dull. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the experience and wouldn't mind going back for a short visit ^.^
