| Back home from a Trip to Hutchinson Kansas to see my bro Jake. He's playing baseball for them and was pitching and there was an outdoor the same weekend so my dad and I hit the road despite the 3.06 gas. It was a good trip but 6 hours of driving for yours truly is not fun. Met some new people and had a FANTASTIC dinner at Lonestar Steak House with Jake and family so all and all it was worth it. I forgot to post this picture the other day but here are the dove we shot.

| Been awhile. Got a new computer. It's P I M P. 80gig's of memory so
needless to say it gets the job done. My baby brother had a baby a
couple weeks ago. He's the cutest thing ever. I just feel like he's
about 10 years early. It's not easy to take care of a baby when you can
barely take care of yourself.
On another front school is back in session. This semester should be
cake. Business law seems very interesting. I think I can actually focus
and give a $hit in that class. There are a few distractions in my
accounting class that could keep me from excelling to the level I
should. One's blonde and the other's brunette. The blonde was showing
off her victoria's secret thong tuesday. Hard to focus when you've got
that damn thing blinding you. All and all should be a good few months.
I just hope I can stick with it when the cold fronts from the north
start calling my name. Early and late winter have been my enemies the
past few years.
Dove season opened yesterday. I didn't especially want to go cause it's
hot and I've been working my ass off and need a good afternoon nap to
fix me. Went with my buddy Colby and we shot limits in a couple hours.
Avery got hot really quick. I think going at 2pm (after class) might
not have been the best idea for an animal who is wearing a thick fur
coat 24/7. She did great on marks but was slacking hardcore on blinds.
Overall good to be back out hunting again. Dove are probably my
favorite wild game to eat aside from fish.
Sorry for not updating much for both of you who actually check my
xanga. (read none of you) I've just been busy w/ workin MWF and going
to class TR and going out of town every weekend. Hope you are all doing
well and life is treating you fairly. I also hope you are all praying
for the people in LA and MS. I can't imagine going through what they're
going through. Just goes to show there are many problems withing our
own borders that take presedence over other world conflicts.
Last but not least GAS IS OUTFREAKINRAGEOUS. I'm gonna have to start riding my bike to go hunting. :(

| Haven't updated in a million. My laptop has had some issues so I haven't been online much. Summer is flying by to fast but I am SO SICK of this hot weather. I'm ready for 70 degree highs like you don't even know. If any of you guys and girls want to chat gimme a shout on msn (okduckboy17@hotmail.com) or aim (j1t3m). That's all for now. Gotta finish cleaning house. :( | | |
| This picture is for Darcy. I made the awful, disgusting, horrid, downright evil picture of death more palatible. The reason for the picture is my wonderful grandma loves fish, and she got mad at me for catching all these fish and never keeping any for her. So I kept some.

| Turkey season is here and oh how great it is to be outside with all this wonderful weather we've been having. Only bad thing about turkey season is ticks. Got to spend all weekend in stillwater. That was cool. Went turkey hunting 4 days in a row and fished in between morning and afternoon hunts. Smoked these two butterballs w/ my buddy Adam. Pretty cool to be surrounded by animals who can see and smell you from hundreds of yards away and they never even know you're there. Had turkeys at 6 yards deer at 10 yards squirrels all over the place ducks flying over. It's amazing the world that God created and even more amazing that people don't take advantage of his creations. By the way Turkey and Rice is the best meal ever. | | |
