as of yesterday, i KNOW (for certain) what i am going to be when i'm grown up. yesterday was my first forensic autopsy and it was everything i ever hoped for and more.

to the poor man on the table: i'm truly sorry about your tragic fall but please know that your passing brought me much peace of mind. as i held your brain, heart, and your other vital organs, as i drew your vitreous fluid, and as i examined at your severed spinal cord, i was filled with feelings of purpose and meaning. you gave me the confidence that i want to, can, and will be a pathologist. thank you for that. i will remember you forever.

just twenty-one and my what and who are answered. not bad.

my wallet now officially houses a Texas driver's license. i am an official resident of this large state of loons and crazies. med schools-- get ready for this piece of texas! for the record, i've had licenses for three different states. how stately.

my english teacher told me today i should consider writing for a young women's magazine (i.e. glamour). he meant well i'm sure but so insulting. apparently that's the level i write on. what the hell. how does one come up with that?

it's cold today. almost wintery. i made my favorite winter soup. ahh, perfect way to prepare my mind for another beloved practice mcat all day tomorrow. physics, i will rock you.

of montreal, serious live talent. music crowd, i am so over you. when did i get so old?

okay so rush is officially 100% over. bwl bowl planning is underway. my little "problem" seems fixed. my matt got even hotter. and my o chem test got moved waayy back. i can now officially DE-STRESS.
