return to the sea; 2006

nd another year has just gone by... i have to admit though... 2006 was a pretty good year.. despite all the complications and sadness..

there were soo many good times... like my birthday party at the beginning of the year.. there weren't too many people there.. but it was still a lot of fun.. pier with anni; anni's boyfriend sean; alvina; tiffany; derek; and scott... i remember the super big 20 patty burger anni sean and alvina ate together... and that 2or 4 liter soda.. i can't remember which one it was.. but it was probably 2 liters... i don't remember much but i know that we were laughing really hard that day.. and with that came another heart break... and it hit hard.. i remember i had cried soo much... but i suppose i should've told someone sooner... and maybe there would've been less tears... but what's done is done... i'm so thankful for all the people that were there for me... soo thank you emily; kathy; cindy; anna and andy.. umm.. also had a friendship end over practically nothing.. which i still regret cause i did nothing about it.. and i feel it's probably too late now.. but i'm definitely sad that i lost one of my bestest friends... i'm still confused as to why it even happened at all..

this spring semester was pretty good.. met henry and alex in chinese class.. who kept me laughing through out the entire semester and through to the new year... tennis class was soo much fun.. tennis everyday =D.. and not to mention i had 80% of my classes with cindy.. which was pretty darn awesome.. and no it was not planned.. except for tennis & health... health class was a lot fun.. i remember victor's $90 shoes; and emily's presentation where i kept on talking to her... and me and cindy and pamela's endless laughter... and then our lyrics debt which turned into some crazy argument.. i Loved my english class with ms. innis..we had soo much fun.. we went to 2 plays which were pretty good =D .. by the end of the semester it was a little bitter sweet... i Loved having class with all the people i did.. but i was so ready for summer vacation by then..

summer.. no doubt one of the best summers i've had.. tennis camp sure was fun... met a bunch of people there.. such as michelle who i had no idea went to our school.. :X... fiona who's lives down at millbrae; a sophomore but is still pretty cool... daniel who goes to balboa.. and lives a "few" blocks away from me.. but refuses to visit me... saw phillip again.. the one i met from cbc a few summers back.. i was semi-shocked... and of course justin.. whom i've met once before a few years back.. but never got to keep in touch with... but i'm happy i met him again... cause he's one of the many people that are precious to me... umm after summer camp ended.. only kept in contact with fiona daniel and michelle.. and some how got back in contact with justin.. umm.. hung out with fiona and daniel for quite a bit... and then met up with justin for walnut creek.. and a beach day..

and then before we knew it.. school was back again.. had ditched self scheduling soo i felt sorta doomed.. i met FION this semester.. and she has become one of my closest friends whom i feel like i can tell anything to... met her in my physics class... also met anesta.. and "^__^" pretty much sums it up..  my chinese group(includes mark;allen;hon; and mabel) again was super awesome... all those projects at my house.. always includes us just fooling around and not doing work.. and again i absolutely love the people in my classes.. and i really don't want it to end cause.. i'd really like to get to know a lot more of the people.. break was great.. las vegas was super fun.. even though i could not gamble; drink; or party...

i feel like i've changed this pass year... i've learned to be much more independent... and as andy would say it... "i've learned how to live without a boyfriend".. i've really learned alot about myself... and what i actually need and want.. and the difference between the two.... not to mention the freedom i've gained from my parents about going out and such... with ying's remark of "WOW! it's 5 and she's still here" seeing the fact that ying lives soo far away... i've also become more... unafraid of doing things.. and i have 2 people to thank for that.. i've also worked alot harder on school stuff.. and such and was able to focus better... and thanks to fion i've regained the passion of singing & music..

olive garden + me&fion = loads of laughter

hmm let's see.. where to begin.. woke up at 8 am due to a certain phone call from a certain someone.. >_< but anyways.. fion arrived at around 10 ish.. and i rushed to get everything done.. and we just kinda hung around and did nothing.. XD talked to justin on aim and yahoo messenger for a while .. and then took the longest time deciding where to eat.. soo we decided that we'd just pick a place when we saw it.. went to walgreens to get some ear muffs.. =D which were super warm.. and then took the M to stonestown and ate at olive garden.. they give you this cool pager thing... and when you get out of range it sings! LOL yea so anyways.. so we get the pager thing and decide to run to see's candy really quick.. it was funny cause i said "watch it's gonna start singing once we walk through the door and people are gonna stare at you" soo we walk in.. and nothing happens for a while.. and then all of a sudden we hear this song playing.. and have no idea where it's coming from.. soo after a while we finally figure out that it was the pager from olive garden.. soo i walked out of the store slowly.. and it stops singing right at the door.. xD soo anyways.. olive garden.. the food was really good.. absolutely loved the bread sticks =D ... but i was soo full after that.. so after that.. we go back to stonestown and run into amy and carol.. we walk around for a bit and then leave.. they headed off to albertson's and i headed home.. and that was the end of today.. we had a lot of laughs.. but i don't think it'd be funny unless you were there.. soo yuup..

11.22.06:
San Leandro

went to san leandro today.. it was pretty fun.. umm let's see.. took the 14X with my sister to chinatown in the morning cause her entire band popped off of her tooth.. got the holiday pooh series.. =) walked her to the bus stop to make sure that she took the right bus.. after that.. i took the bart down to bay fair bart station where i was met by andy and his brand new 1.5 week old car... waited for justin to arrive.. drove to andy's house got the tour i was promised.. went to anna's house afterwards.. sat around for an hour or so... at anna's house there was games;pictures; stepmania; popcorn; sushi; sitting and talking; eventually we'd think of something to do.. and at that moment.. i see a missed call from ying.. so i call back... and BAM!!! we found something to do... headed over to ying's house.. sat around played games on the game cube.. umm.. started playing uno.. which was actually pretty fun... and then started playing this one game called phase 10.. and that one was crazy.. but we had soo much fun playing it.. it was super competitive... ummm after that game finally ended we played bullshit and then slap jack.. WORD OF ADVICE: never... and i mean never! play slapjack with andy.. O_O he slaps soo hard... but it was fun non the less.. lots of laughs... got a call from my dad.. soo i got a ride to the bart station from andy.. but first we dropped off jenny at her house and anna at james' apartment.. took the bart back with justin.. talked for a little bit.. and then he got off at lake merrit... barted home.. stepped outside and it started to rain... took the 15 and then the 14 home.. got home and there was this big-o get together thingy at my house with my family.. had alot of HOTPOT foods... and then umm.. played with my baby cousin.. he's soo cuute... he gave me a kiss on the CHEEK! ^__^ ... i wonder who taught him to do that.. anyways.. after a long while everybody left.. and then my mom; dad; uncle; aunt; and grandmom headed off to the casino.. and i'm stuck here writing this... over all today was a fun day.. had aLOT of laughs =) since it's almost thanksgiving.. and this is sorta corny and all but..  i'm thankful to all you guys that make my life soo interesting and full of excitement.. you guys are the best.. iono what i'd do without you... you guys really help me get through each day.. ^_^

11.12.06:
karaoke; tennis; dinner

justin came over in the morning.. and we did pratically nothing for maybe 2 hours.. it was sorta funny.. poke fight.. =) and hit my head again for the second time.. but w/e ... waited for everyone else to arrive at my house.. fion and lily show up a little later on.. and we play DDR for a lil while and then start playing karaoke rev. while still waiting for anna and andy to arrive.. so then when they finally arrive we karaoked for the longest time ever.. so after that i finally got everyone to get out of the house and play tennis.. we also played tennis for the longest time ever.. but it was alot of fun.. umm lily left while we were stilling playing tennis.. so after she left we stayed for a while longer.. andy and justin played tennis while me anna and fion talked for a bit.. we actually got fion and anna to play tennis.. i'm soo bad at tennis now.. >.< but ehh.. i LOVE andy's racket(s).. awesomely light and the other heavy.. but my serve is nicer with them.. i don't have to bring it down as much.. just let gravity do the work.. =) soo then me justin anna andy and fion head out for dinner in sunset on taravel.. went to king of thai noddles.. me and anna ordered our usual when we go there.. thai tea.. and such.. umm dinner was okay.. sat around and talked about semi-random things.. chinglish; chinese jokes; school (which i find a bit scary) and umm.. yea.. paid for dinner and walked out... afterwards we wait with fion for her dad to come pick her up on taravel and 25th... after that andy gave me a ride home.. and that's the end of today.. today was really crazy.. and tiring.. but alot of fun.. should definately do that again sometime..
