All Previous slings............

SOLD!!!!

Tomorrow I take eight slings in to sell at Sugar Rush in Enid.  YEAH!!!!!!!  They will take my first 8 slings outright, and then anymore that I want to take in on commissions.  Can I have another YEAH!!!!!!!!!

*insert happy dance here*

Okay, now to do a bit of last minute sewing to finish things up---I've technically got 8 done, but I want to get one of my newer ones finished and a couple older ones I need to fix the tail and I've got to add velcro to some.   Update tomorrow night!

Honest opinion

Does this dress look okay to you?

The only thing that's messed up on it is the back, where I put the hook and eye----the instructinos for the bodice were obviously wrong, because I sewed it so I couldn't turn it right side out, so I had to cut the back and mess with it.  It's a gorgeous colour and I love the fabric, I just don't know if it's sell-able.  I'm thinking it might need a little bow or some other white accent near the top.  Haven't decided yet.

List for today

Today I have a busy day of sewing planned.  I got up at around 6 with Mark and when he left at 6:30, I got started.  I've got a beautiful dolphin dress in a size 12 months cut out (I'm thinking of sticking a bow in Rowan's hair and having him model---LOL!)  I just now sent a bunch of pictures to my mom (she works at Walmart so I send them to her walmart to print out) and after that I'm going to call her and tell her about them, and then I'm going to get started sewing on slings.  I want to finish two slings today, and start a third, and I really want to work on that dress---I think it's going to be gorgeous!  So here's a list:

switch laundry

fold diapers

fold and put away laundry

clean up "pile" in living room

vacuum

make pot roast

finish beige camo and blue and green sling

start blue dolphins dress

walk to the library as soon as the kids get up.  It's the only time of the day that it's going to be cool enough to do so. changed my mind, we'll drive when Mark gets home.

put away the dishes Mark washed.

COOK breakfast and lunch for kids

Okay, that's enough, time to get started!
