至於第二個困局，曾在特首選委會與政府工程師組成「普選工程連線」的黎廣德表示，不少政府工程師對工作感到沮喪，尤其是他們的專業意見不獲當局重視，並批評政府往往因為政治決定而忽略了工程師的專業決定。而最令他感到痛心的卻是不少年輕工程師，由於對工作前景感到憂慮以致士氣低落，「我相信做得這一行的工程師心中都會有一團火，可惜這團火變得愈來愈暗淡，根本就不應該這樣」。

It is true.. what I suggest those who wanna be sucessful engineer should work outside HK..otherwise, our knowledge will be catch up by those who are more experienced outside, but the same year of us.

To teach in university after serveral years of exp is really a dream career for me..
