okay i am looking for ppl who can do something like the following image
i am going to attach to this entry. the thing is though they
have to be able to put up with the following:

have an eye for female themed colors (ie color is
important) 2) they cant be grossed out by drawing and coloring
flowers... 3) have to work fairly quickly 4) have to
be able to write english (if not fluent have a translator write quickly
