Do coffee Jitters = a personal earthquake?

Okay!!!!!  LOTS of caffeine and I'm ready to roll!!  Grab a cup for yourself, drink to the Jitter stage and then search that racing mind of yours for the answers to the following questions;

1.  When you open a bag of cotton balls, are you s'posed to throw the first one away?

2.  are fly's without wings called walks?

3.  If a turtle doesn't have it's shell, is it naked or homeless?

And for all you fellow psychology fans..

4.  If someone with multiple personalities threatens to kill himself, is it considered a hostage situation?

5.  When they first invented the clock, how did they know what time it was to set it to?

Now as my mind begins to clear, go ahead and pull your chairs a little closer, I do have something serious to discuss.  have you ever stopped to think that we are the only part of God's creation that is created in His image? (Thank you Captain Obvious!)  And we are the only part of creation He died to restore. (Again with the well known)  Then why are we the only part of His creation that routinely disobeys Him.  Don't give me the free choice argument because that would mean that we have the free choice to obey Him.  This means we choose to disobey Him.  Why, if we love Him as much as we say we do, can't we just do what He asks us?  I'm thinking either we don't believe, don't love or don't trust.  Man I don't think I like any of those choices.  Okay well then there is one more, I don't understand or know how to obey.  Thank you God for Psalm 143:10, man how important this verse is becoming to me.

Wow, now my head hurts, I must not think big thoughts.  Oh no, my cup is dry, must be time to end this, besides my msn is freaking out thanks to my little friends.

    In closing, as the last of my caffeine begins to surge through my system, let me ask you this last question;

If a hen and a half can lay an egg and a half in a day and a half, how long would it take a monkey with a wooden leg to kick the seeds out of a dill pickle?

I unplug my ears and words fall out!

Well now I have retired to my room alone to hope the words that have entered my ears for the last 8 hours will somehow stay in there.  My roomie for the week has gone to visit his son and daughter-in-law.  Even though there was a lot to retain today the teaching has been amazing.

I feel I need to focus on the foolish, maybe if I share mindless things with you then I can forget them and make room for my new wisdom, so what is some information that is pointless and unnecessary?  Oh I have something, both Denver and Indy have pro football teams  (Gotcha Toni and Denise)

It didn't work, here is more mindless information I don't need

Polar Bears are left handed

You can make 400 quarter pounders from one average cow

August 8th begins national pickle week

The lifespan of a tastebud is 10 days

There it worked! Yes!  I'm glad cause the one thing I don't want to forget is that Jesus loves me!  Now if I could just remember who me is.

Well I better go for now and get ready for day 2.

Let The Warmth Begin!!

Hey!  Come on in, take a seat on the couch, let's visit a while.

Let me begin by asking you a random question, do you know anyone out there right now that wants to shake hands with Cheryl Crow after she explained how she gets by with one square of toilet paper?

As I was coming into the church this morning, on the radio they were having a telethon to raise money to help promote global warming.  These people were FOR global warming.  It was hilarious!  They are called Cold People For Global Warming.  I believe I will buy a shirt when they come out (I wonder if they will make them in Hawaiian)  Their efforts must be working, it's s'pose to be 80 degrees this weekend.

I am off to Salt Lake again today until Saturday night.  The good news is no more trips after this until this summer.

Oh I did not mention, I am drinking a splendid cup of java called Bodacious Bean.  Doesn't that sound amazing, it makes you think I went to some great place that roasts the coffee right there in front of you, flavors it, brews it to your exact taste profile and then sends you on your way. HA! little did you know Bodacious Bean is the super cool name  Maverick stores have given their coffee.  Remember when coffee was just coffee, no names, no secret recipes, just good, good coffee.

Well my little online chums I must leave you, no don't get up, I just need to get some things done.  Please feel free to hang out a while and visit.  I would ask that whoever keeps stashing their trash in my couch please stop, I try to keep it nice in here for everyone.  Oh and stop changing the station to country music!

Would you look at this!!!

Wow!  What do you know, three days in a row!

I'm sitting here, waiting for the UPS guy that has the books I will be using in 7 hours to lead True Love Waits   BTW I'm not a very patient person, at least the coffee is good.  The company too, Brookie is here with me and is coloring on every piece of paper she can find.  even with the coffee and company this is what I look like as I wait  well except for being yellow, and bald.  I guess while I'm sitting here waiting for EVER I can pose a few questions.

Have you ever noticed that the length of one minute is greatly determined by which side of the bathroom door you're on?

Ever notice that the people who typically tell you to calm down are the ones that stressed you out in the first place?

Who was it that said Some of the biggest gifts come in the smallest birds?

Just a word of advice, don't ever take sleeping pills and laxatives at the same time  If I'd only known earlier.

Finally, in my departure, let me leave you with this little thought, while it is true that you can only be young once, you can be immature indefinitely.

To all my fans.... stop blowing on me, I'm cold!

IHH - D

Um, You know I was thinking...

Well two days in a row, maybe I'm back, we'll have to see.

I'm sitting here, with a near perfect cup of coffee, listening to Christmas carolls as I look out the window at the two inches of snow on the grass.   I'm finding myself praying this is winter's last stand.

    You know I was thinking...

Why did Sally sell seashells on the seashore when you can just pick them up for free?

If a doctor suddenly died while doing surgery, would the other doctor's work on the doctor or the patient?

Why do we sing "Rock a bye baby" to lull our children to sleep when the song is about putting your baby in a tree and letting the wind crash the cradle to the ground?

I know, I know the coffee is taking effect again but the party of thoughts that is going on in my head (Not entirely caused by coffee, some of it is caused by being me) is at an all time high.

Does anyone besides me want to see Ronald McDonald, The Burger "King", Jack from Jack in the Box and Wendy in a WWF type cage fight?  My money is on Jack, I think he use to be a ninja.

On a serious note, I am preparing for one of my favorite events of the year, True Love Waits.  This is my favorite because I know the promise true (genuine) love brings and the destruction the world's version has to offer.  Please pray for the students (and adults) as we make new commitments to purity.

BTW - My wife is hot!

Hey, Toni.....BAM!!
