| Mass to Mini Radio Stationguys can you believe this is the Radio station which has full set up for broadcasting FM programs. it sounds crazy comparing to those MW radio statioin with huge station. and studio is complete here. 
I really enjoyed last two weeks at HDCS with CoRin project that are about two new community radio station in remote parts of Nepal. |

| are you listening?
we all observe some cases, whether its by our profession or by our lifestyle, and after observing the situation, some draw our attention, some not, if some do draw our attention what we do?
we get closer to the situation, and observe deeper more with our ability and try to find out the cause or effect,
and what we do next?
we publish the report,
then what?
some times we don't even care what happens the next.
I have read many stories about Doctor's reports.
most of the time I have read top head lines about saving lives of people from the great pain and suffering after doctor's treatment, and some times and only few times I have heard the stories of wrong report and that really destroyed lives.. they made good to worst..
one time at my town, a patient had a problem on the right leg, and doctor studied the case and wrote on the paper, later on, the patient was operated and his left leg was cut off . the good one was gone, and the worst one was still there, very scary na? later on the police case and investigation went on and found out that the doctor reported the case wrongly and caused even more trouble..
some times, we, also do same mistake of hurrying so fast and don't even try to listen to the bit of the heart of the situation, but we are so busy reporting with out not even thinking what that report might be resulting into....???
some times when situation seem confusing and doctors don't understand it clearly, good doctors don't just assume, rather, they get with others and consult with those who might have ideas or experiences or the ability to help the the study go deeper...
its all about solving the problem or resolving the conflicts, and some times it may just be developing the situation and atmosphere positively towards the goals.
when situation seem complected and confusing, its better to get closer to know the truth, consult with others that might have helpful ideas, or wait and go back to observe again..
  
guys, its better to worry than hurry....
or wait till you know the truth,
as a child of God, lets wait, observe, consult and verify and then move,
it takes time, humility, and patience and self control
and it may help us to successes.
