  • Hello everybody,

i received this email from a dear friends of mine  in Lebanon and i would like to share with you,

    in prayers,

    Subject: Lebanon news

    Greetings to all

We thought of sending you a quick note to let you know how things are evolving in Lebanon and specially with us

I am sure you are hearing in the news about all the turmoil in Lebanon and the new bomb attacks that are targeting civilians in commercial areas. Well the last bomb exploded last night a 100 meters from Michel's office. But our God is a wonderful protector and I am not talking only for us but he divinely, appointed a bus to park exactly where the bomb would take off so that the bus ( empty) would take the blow and not one person died or got seriously injured. The story is that the terrorists had planted a bomb under a car parked across the street from a busy commercial center and was timed to blow at 8.30 PM . The bus driver stopped his bus and went down to get a sandwich. While there , the bomb exploded and the bus was totally destroyed but lives were preserved. Praise the Lord!

We are presently praying a lot for Lebanon and specifically for the next phase where rumors are that a civil war is going to happen and that our president now is the last Christian president. But we do believe that our Lord has good plans for Lebanon and that everything is going to work according to that plan. We are praying that God will expose the terrorists, judge the wicked who shed innocent blood and bring a change.

We are experiencing the glory of God in a very tangible way and we are all the more excited about serving him and bring His glory to Lebanon and from there to the whole middle east.
002 Last week was the global day of prayer and we held a public meeting where Christians from all denominations were invited to join. The overall atmosphere in Lebanon was one of fear because of threats to blow Christian areas and many many got fearful and did not come . In fact all activities whether spiritual or social were cancelled that week. However, we continued with our plan thinking that there is no better time to pray and ask the Lord to visit our land . We had a representative from the president of the republic and representatives from different parties and denominations. Around 400 people were there defying fear and lifting Lebanon before the Lord. We do believe that a shift in the atmosphere happened that day and we are starting to see results.

The newest thing on our plate is the launching of a House of worship that will be an altar before the Lord and from where worship will go night and day and where the glory of God will rest. We are now very busy in logistics for that place. We rented an underground warehouse still on plain cement , made blue prints and started the internal construction . We hope that by the end of this month it will be functional. We will let you know of  the opening date and we would love for you to be with us .

    Personal news:

    - Our family is growing with the Lord and all our kids are now to some point involved in worship and they will be leading the youth and the kids worship times in the house of worship.
    - We are preparing 2 new cds:  one for kids and one prophetic.
    - Our kids TV program is still waiting for the Lord to call it off the shelves. But he has the perfect timing doesn't he??
    - We are also holding couples meetings that proved to be quite beneficial to many.

    Remember us in your prayers
And for any involvment in the house of worship please contact us. ( ie if you know of musicians , intercessors or anyone who would like to serve there)

    Blessings
    Michel and Nuna

  • Chill and relax = Chilax week

     DSC00296

    well ,

it is not the time now to describe everything for you guys about what has been happening with me, around me and within me since the day i left, and what is leaving ?

    anyway,

right now i am spending two days at the Srervants of the Word house in Belfast, just enjoying the Silence the prayer time, the walk in Botanics garden, the reading  { the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe } by C.S Lewis who is taking me through his Wardrobe outside the city of Belfast to the land of Narnia...i love it

and being at the YWAM office http://belfast.ywamni.com/ before leaving Padrig and Becky gave me some children books wich i joyfully took them with the desire ( i'm gonna read them before bed time like children would do)

and you cannot immagine the effect of a simple children book about a tree and a boy, how much emotions, souvenirs, love and desire for life would bring to you ( tyr it you might like it)

Today i went at the afternoon for a walk at the Botanic Gardens botanic gardens 3 botanic gardens 4

where i just enjoyed sitting in the sunny day in Belfast ( wich you won't get it everyday) listenning to Feyrouz ( very famous Lebanese singer) on my Ipod,

and dreaming in the land of Narnia with  the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe...

Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobeand at the moment i was reading the passage where Lucy (one of the children in the story)  trying to speak with a bird....a pigeon past by my from my left side just walking so elegant like saying: Hello Paul !!! ...wow, well that was funny to me and doesn't match everyday ( so i replied to the pigeon, Hello you too !!!

that will be all for today i will post, hopfully next week, some stuff about the lovely adventure to Rwanda & Burundi...

ciao friends, family and all those not in contact
