| today was a good day for me. nothing special happened it was just a nice and easy layed back day. first i had language arts and surprizingly it wasn't that hard we just did some busy work and it was actual ly kind of relaxing. then instead of break we had to go to the honor roll assembly. i got high honor roll and my mom was so proud of me which is kind of cute becuase hse kept on taking a buncha pictures. so the assembly was cool. after that i had social studies and all we did was turn in some homework adn discuss a new project he assigned us. next was algerbra, we went over the homework and discussed another project that we're gunna be doing. okay then it was lunch which was, well you no, lunchish.
Then i had arabic class and all we did was work in groups on a menu in arabic. nothing much. then we had drama adn me and my friend zainab presented a poem with matching moves and everything. we wore fluttery skirts with black pants underneith and balck shirts. the poem was about a mocking bird it went like this: I seem ashrike, I ape the gull, I sing just like the cardinal, I mimic coots, I mirror crows, I imitate the orials, I copy wrens, I echo owls, I know by heart the catbird's call, but all of this is simply sham for a mockign bird is what i am. it was a cool poem meant for two ppl to say. some parts we said at the same time and others we said seperatly it was pretty cool. okay after drama i had life skills which is this class kind of like quest but differnt. we discussed moniterin our time so that we have the right amont of sleep and get all of our homework done. Pretty boring... anyhoo last we had science which was okay. we got our quizzez bakc and i got a 79  but its okay he's gunna give us an extra credit assignment and i still ahve an A in that class anyhoo. Science is just hard. we're doing checmical equations, balancing equations, labs, all that unfun chemistry stuff. what about you maria? what are you doing in science?
well anyhoo that was my day at school. when i got home i watched TV, did my hw, took a run, and here i am updating my site. oh yea one last thing i bought new pants and i wore them today. they are brownish tan plad pants. actually they are capris but hey are long capris that go dow about half of my calf. they're cool. anyhoo gtg and shower becuase i'm nice adn sweaty from my run. cheerio ducky.

| Its newyears eve and we're going to a party. we're such party animals, me and my sisters, we're going to my moms friends house to play games with little kids. ha! it'll still be fun though. anyhoo life has been kind of lazy lately. i got kathryn the complete fourth season of smallville so we've been watching it everyday. its really good!!! much weirder but still good. | | |

man! i havne't updated forever! i've been so busy. this week is the last week before break. actualy break is tomorrrow. well all the teachers cram everything in the last week so they can get their grades in so i've had so many quizzes and projects this week. i barley got any time with cynthia. i'll be glad when tomorrow is over!
christmas is in 4 days (if you dont' count today) and i can't wait! its not just getting the presents its also seeing the ppl's faces when they open a present from you. i love getting ppl presents and i love wrapping the gifts too. i just love everything about christmas! don't you?

| hello all,
it is currently 11:30 am and i just woke up. i am so mad at myself becuae i was plannin got wake up at 9 am. i actually set my alarm and was lyin in bed awake and then i just fell back to sleep! well i guess there is nothing i can do about it might as well make the best of the day. This is the fourth and final day of our awesome four day weekend. I don't wanna go to school tomorrow i just want it to be the holidays and i want cy to come tomorrow!
yesterday me, my mom, and kathryn went shopping at the mall here (its called marina mall just incase you were wondering). we went to FOREVER 21 (its a cool clothing store incase you haven't herd of it) and we looked around. we didn't buy any thing but i did try on some gray pinstripes that were a reasonable price. i was surprised they fit me becuase arab clothes never fit me. well maybe its not arab. okay then after that me and kathryn just walked around the mall while mommy sat at STARBUCKS. later on we met up with her and got a drink. after that we went to CAREFORE, which is like htis huge store that has everything kind of like WALMART. we bought some christmas decorations and a very snazzy present for cy. shes gunna love it!
our house if very christmasy. we have a nice tree in the living room with only four presents currently underneith it (2 for daddy, one for me, and one for cynthia). we have a tiny christmas tree in the TV room sitting on one of the side tables, it has colorful lights that flash around. we tried to decorate it but it looked so bad so we just stuck with the lights. I wrapped little match boxes to go under the small tree. cute huh? i love christmas time!
PS- to anyone that cares i finished reading "the healer" by dee henderson. that was the fifth O"Malley, i read the first chapeter of the one about stephen and it just looks weird. | | |
