| yay! i finally got my bday present =)
in other news, VBS next week and then boston!! i don't really feel like going.. it's for some medical type junk that i'm not all too sure i'd enjoy... i heard i actually have to "scrub in" and perform some surgery...... closing an organ?? i have no idea.. do they really trust us???

whoa, best freaking ass retreat! i can't believe i never bothered to go in the past.. now i know why everyone raves about it. it's off the HOOK ahaha!! the first day was slow and the food was TERRIBLE, but it got real hott as it went on. soo worth it. thanks kathy for taking care of me~<3
hofstra really is a meat-market too lol but it's a meat-market with substance. there was like 300-400 youth... sooo much fun.. and it's directed towards chinese people, but you don't really have to be chinese. it just feels so good to have fellowship with so many christians who have this HUGE amount of enthusiasm and love for the Lord. some of the testimonies were really touching too.. *tear lol. words can't do this justice.. you really have to experience it for yourself.
the band, jesus generation, that played for our mhcccyg rally was there too! they are amazing musicians.. good looking too =P hehe but anyway, i want to say heyyyy to the best small group ?janet, joanne, joan, nina, justine, kathy, fonda, diana and jenny. big hugs to ruthie, my other sister! much love to all of you~ i wish it was longer.. i didn't get to talk to a lot of people that i really wanted to talk to.. waaah.. but keep in touch!! <33
