| Today's Consumtion- as of noon 2 bananas- 186 calories. not too bad if I can only eat like maybe 400 total today. Considering I have been eating like 3,000 probably a day... I KNOW DISGUSTING... I'd like to lose 10 lbs in 2 weeks. Is that even possible after coming from like a LOOOONG period of BINGING? Tell me ladies... PLEASE... So I was inspired to make a list of goals for the year... So here goes.
1. Grade point of atleast 3.5 both semesters. 2. Weigh 110 el-bees. 3. Become the 'hot one' out of all of my friends. I don't want to be the one that everyone overlooks anymore. 4. Be Happier. 5. SAVE MONEY- PAY OF DEBT. 6. Buy a pair of Manolo Blahniks and/or Gucci or Chanel bag. Perhaps it'll be like my motivation. If I reached 110, I'll charge them! ALRIGHT THAT's THE PLAN....

| okay so perhaps it's not a great start, but things have to begin somewhere. I'm trying to stay under 800 calories today... I know I know, it's going to suck going from probably like an infinity to 800. But I can do it. breakfast- oatmeal (to get my metab going) 260 calories. I'm going to drink like 2 gallons of water today as well. have a lovely day. I'll update later. MUAH~ |
