| | SOOO Today my sisters, Holly Spofford and I got all dressed up and went to Rosemary Thyme Bistro for dinner.
Sisters are fun. Holly Spofford is fun and laughs at everybody.
Several people wanted to know why we were all dressed up. We had trouble explaining. Here are some answers they got:
1. School just got out
2. Rebecca is leaving
3. Rebecca felt like wearing a dress and got her sisters to tag along
4. no reason
One lady said Holly looked like our sister. Holly does, I think, curly hair and all. I think she's somewhere between Mary and Laura, hair-wise.
I also hit the jackpot today. It was the last day at the elementary school, and because it was field day, there was a lot of candy for the kids. The teachers also got out all the snacks they had been keeping for emergencies, but the kids wanted candy more than snacks.
Some of those snacks were Fruit Snacks. I love Fruit Snacks.
At the end of field day, I sneaked onto the field where the Fruit Snacks were. Most of them were left still.
Me : Can I help carry this big container of snacks back up to the office?
Lady: Why thankyou!
Me ....*scurries off with fruitsnacks.
Peggy, the administrative assistant, gave me all the fruitsnacks (30 packets?) , a bunch of peanut butter crackers, and all the left over donuts.
I am not alone. Fruit Snacks packages litter the house.
Fruit Gushers are REALLy good too.
